I've been camping over 40 years in the United States in about 37 of those States I never once have I been attacked harassed or had my vehicle broken into same goes with every person in my life I've ever known I've also seen several videos from Asian countries where they talk about troublemakers in certain areas in certain cities where you don't camp worldwide experiences are not painted with a single brush.

@pedro3655 Yep, just like I said, same with the Asian countries. There are certain areas that you should stay away from. It's the same thing in America in Europe and anywhere around the world. There's certain areas and cities you should avoid, which I do most of the people I know do.
Most of my camping is done in national parks. Or national forests. So, the day that I start getting attacked harassed or attempted break-ins of my camp or in those locations, then I'll consider the US to be worse than anywhere else in the world. 😆
