This is Fuyujizo film.
Just started youtube and shooting film, so I' need a lot more experience.
In this episode, I take a walk through "Koedo" in Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture.
"The word "Koedo" means "a town that retains the atmosphere of old Edo" or "a town closely related to Edo. (Koedo=Little Edo)
Since the Edo period (1603-1868), it has been said that "there are many little Kyoto in the world, but Kawagoe is the only little Edo", and it seems that the traditional townscape of Kawagoe still remains.
Actually, there are several other places in the Kanto region that were called "Koedo", which I would like to introduce in the future.
My impression was that the atmosphere in all the stores was wonderful and very glamorous, and the overall impression was of a tourist attraction that has adapted well to modern society. I thought there would be a lot of elderly people, but surprisingly, there were many young couples, and it seemed to be a date spot.
I didn't dare to take pictures of the inside of the stores or their products, but there were so many goods, sweets, and food that I felt like I couldn't visit them all in one day. lol
The scenery was really wonderful, and even though it wasn't quite "Edo", the streets had an atmosphere of the Showa, Taisho, and Meiji eras, and if you wore a yukata, you would definitely get into the mood!

youtubeも映像製作も始めたばかり、初心者ですので分からないことだらけですが、少しずつ勉強していこうと思っています。
今回は、埼玉県の川越市にある小江戸を散策した動画になります。
小江戸とは、「昔の江戸の風情を残す町並み」や「江戸と関わりの深い町」、などの意味合いで古くから呼ばれていたそうです。
「世に小京都は数あれど、小江戸は川越ばかりなり」と江戸時代から言われていたそうで、古くから伝統ある街並みとして今日までその姿を残し続けているようです。
実は他にも小江戸と呼ばれた場所は関東にいくつかあるのですが、それはいずれ紹介したいと思います。
実際行ってみた感想としては、どのお店も素晴らしく風情があって、現代社会に適応した観光地となっているなぁという印象がありました。こういった場所は、お年寄りの方が多いんではないかと思いましたが、意外にも若いカップルが多く、デートスポットにもなっているようでした。（大学生っぽい人もたくさんいました。）
今回あえてお店の中や、商品は撮影しなかったのですが、とてもたくさんの品々やお菓子、料理などがあって、とても一日では回りきれないなぁと思うほどでした。
景観は本当に素晴らしく、「江戸」とまではいかないまでも、昭和や大正、明治の雰囲気が味わえる通りになっていて、浴衣で行けば気分が上がること間違いなしです！！みなさんもぜひ一度、恋人と二人で大人のデートを楽しんでみてはいかがでしょうか？？
さて今回ですが、カメラワークが雑になっているのには理由があります。とにかく暑ちぃっっ！！！カメラは1分おきにオーバーヒートしてほぼ使えませんでしたし、暑さで脳の機能が正常に働いていませんでしたので、かなり注意が散漫になっていました。肌は一瞬で焼けました。
この日の暑さは日枝神社に行ったときよりもひどかったくらいです。
本当はロングバージョンの街歩き動画にしたかったのですが、カメラが数分で停止してしまうためそれも出来なかったのです。あまりの炎天下の撮影は避けた方がいいのかもしれませんね。
つたない撮影技術と編集ですが、最後まで楽しんでもらえたらうれしいです。
不定期ですがこれからも動画をあげていこうと思っています。

Koedo is sweet my friend! I love the narrow roads and traditional architecture! What was being cooked at 2:33? I enjoyed seeing Totoro, the giant lizard and multi colored ice cream cones :) I liked the approach to the shrine at 6:28. Thank you for the smooth and relaxing experience! L30 🙏🇯🇵❤️⛩🦎🍦👍
That is a "manju". Manju doesn't sound very good when directly translated into English, so think of it as a sweet bread-like pastry. LOL
Kawagoe is famous for its sweet potato sweets. I think those were sweet potato manjuu. This time, I refrained from taking pictures of the stores and products.
And the reason for the poor camera work was that it was quite hot and I was losing my concentration. LOL 見ていただいてありがとうございました！！(★‿★)

this are is very historical, i enjoyed the traditional shophouses and i think they sell some traditional food and crafts, really excited to spot kawaii girls in kimono 14:51
