Very good video and finally someone has put a little bit on their eyelashes! (Although the product was for the eyebrows it was still good to see him show care for his eyelashes)! THANKS for posting.🤗
Ich liebe deine Videos! Es ist einfach so entspannend zuzuschauen :)) Und sehr schönes Lichtsetting, das du benutzt. Gerne mehr davon! Und auch gerne ein Video über tinted lip balms ;))
As a guy with dry skin, especially during cold winter months, I really like using the Jones Road tinted moisturizer since it's the easiest one for me to wear without having to worry about it looking cakey or makeup-y, and makes me look like I just have really good, well-moisturized skin -- definitely recommend giving it a try
@@ahalma3720 I'm getting on up there and my skin doesn't have even tones. Never thought about wearing any form of makeup. Now I'm wanting to rush to buy some. White as a ghost too, could use a little color 😂
This is exactly the kind of tutorial I've been looking for. The look turned out great, and turns out I already have that same Dr Jart BB cream in my shade! Excellent tip about laying sunscreen underneath. Thank you 😊
I love this content. It’s always so interesting and informative. Love the long form content and shorts. This is actually my favourite make up channel x
@ aww you’re more than welcome Mattis. You clearly put a lot of effort, time and consideration into your content and it’s reflected in the comments section. ❤️
My lip line has alot of discoloration, so I use a lip liner, but they never really last on my lips for a long time. What do you suggest for the best lip liner that lasts on lips? I have a tendency to lip my lips so its hard to have lip protucts.
I totally get that! Mac liners last really well in my experience. They also have a Prep & Prime lip primer - which smooths out the lip surface and makes the lip liner stay longer. And one of my favourite tricks is to set the lip liner with some powder! I use a dense concealer brush to really press it in and the longevity is insane 🤍
Thanks so much, happy new year! Both Loose and pressed powders can be fantastic. I tend to favour powders that look undetectable on the skin and don‘t add coverage. Good loose powders tend to br extremely fine, blur and mattify without looking „like powder“. The benefit of pressed powders is that they are easy to transport and great for on the go touch-ups. A lot of them add at least a hint of coverage - so it depends on personal preferences. 🤍
Hey Matis! You are cool and your content as well ❤ may you show some more party ideas with eyes glitters/shimmers? 😅 I see that you love more natural but some shine is good for some occasions. May be you can show how to apply and some ideas of placing how to keep the look masculine 🎉 thanks ❤
I love your videos, amazing way of explaining... Just as an observation for those people who are beginners and they want to use makeup for the first time, regardless of skin type or climate, they should always use a good serum with hyaluronic acid and a good moisturizer (skin care a plus), otherwise using these products will be a real disaster without preparing the skin before applying makeup. 😉
@@matisswann Hi Gorgeous!!!... Well I only use products prescribed by my dermatologist... In each country they are different but brands like Estherderm, Filorga, ISDIN, Vicky and my favorite anthelios fps 50+ by laroche posay, for touch-ups tocobo and isdin stick and Eau Thermale Avene Thermal Spring Water, Soothing Calming ... For makeup, something different, hyaluronic acid by ordinary or good molecules, moisturizing cream depending on the skin type EFFACLAR MAT by LaRoche oily skin, hydraboost by neutrogena, embryolisse, the new MAC creams are good, I never use primer with a good hydration, and for makeup I use anthelios mist at the end... Absolutely! Best light weight/matte: Besuty of Joseon Aqua Fresh Spf 50. Best light, dewy: La Roche posay, Anthelios UV 400 Fluid Spf 50. best affordable any Garnier Spf. Loving the Niacinamide one for a super light one 🤍🤍🤍
I started curling my lashes with a lash curler gently heated with my blow dryer. I feel like I look more awake and when I heat the curler they stay curled until I get them wet.
Most of them yes - just need to try if the Dr Jart BB cream works for your skin tone but it sheers out beautifully. The Makeup by Mario bronzer also comes in a lighter shade 🤍🤍
Use a more red tone blush in the center of the face. No human has 0 redness on the face. That blush is like a bronzer color. Men makeup tries to replicate natural complexion.

You always start with fantastic skin due to your healthy lifestyle and your skincare.

Hi Matis! Happy 2025 🎉

I have a question: what’s the difference between a loose and a compact powder (in the way u should use)?
Thanks so much, happy new year! Both Loose and pressed powders can be fantastic. I tend to favour powders that look undetectable on the skin and don‘t add coverage. Do you think a guy who is pale -- like a super pale with blue veins and red undertone, still be able to use the colors you recommended here?

I prefer the before to be honest
That‘s fair, honest feedback is welcome 🤍

excellent but the BB Cream made you too shiny and Dewey (unless its doubling as your primer)
