      @@FoodseFitnessGujarati 100 gm badam, 100 gm sakar, 10 gm alchi ( એલચી ), આ 3 વસ્તુ નો પાઉડર બનાવી, એમાં જરૂર મુજબ ઘી add કરવું, અમે એમાં આગળ પડતું ઘી ઉમેરી. સ્ટીલ ના ડબ્બા માં રાખવું. ચમચી થી લઇ એટલે પીસ થાય એટલું ઘી હોવું જોઇએ. મીઠાં પિસ્તા અને કાજુ નો પાઉડર add કરી શકાય but દરેક ને એનો ટેસ્ટ નથી ભાવતો.
