These are dosas, all other stuff you see on internet are just destroying the essence of dosa.
Yes I feel the same . One video of dosa making I saw in facebook with the caption beware of the content. Dangerous to your sensibilities. In there dosa was prepared putting two raw eggs then scraped planner then cheese and then spicy mirchi chutney. It’s sacrilege. And they call it dosa. Some day somebody will put cyanide for more variety.

It's fine if you eat dosa by standing near stall on the road, if it were a hotel then the thing would have been different. , I mean you would have gotten sambar in bowel. This is a different experience

Each and every person has a different choice of food and taste. It also depends on the habits of the majority people in the area. Assuming as some members commented, the taste is not that good, quality is bad and price is high, tthen why there's so much demand and rush at this small outlet? Letting keep aside the purpose of making this video, there must be something for demand for dosas here. Customers eating there do not go there just by seeing the video and tempt themselves to go there and eat tasteless, bland and costly food from a so called arrogant vender?

I think it's a street food for this autmospher it's costly only do you know the overhead cost for the regular hotel owners salery for masters suppliers cleaners supraviseres manager current rent wastage cleaning wastage disposal so many departmental licence investment intrest maintanence then only wner will get profit for this price I can show hundreds of hotel totally it's too much hipe for this vendor
