Trying Out The Nail Perfect Fiber Gel On My Own Nails

Welcome to the Kirsty Meakin Shooooooow! And today we’re doing my nails and we’ve got new lenses and the whole thing is just stressful, but hopefully you’ll see everything close up.
I’ve prepped my nails already and I’m using the Nail Perfect system for the first time so this will be an honest review. I’m also using Nail Gaga tips. There’s 12 sizes in this box which is pretty good and gives you a wide range too.
I’m gonna cut down the length, pinch the tip a little and file into a modern almond before blending the tip, I want the shape right before I blend the tip in to give a little extra strength at that contact point. I’m gonna clean back over with the blue scrub and I’m using Fiber Gel. I’m going to lay down a very thin layer of the coloured Fiber Gel, cure that and then get a nice big bead to build up that nail. Whilst it’s still warm from the lamp I’m going to pinch it and then I’m gonna use clear to apply the shards. I’m then going to use the cover pink and overlap onto the shards and finish the nail with clear. Then clean it over again and sculpt out the rest.
I’m going to try with the hand file first to smooth and shape the nails. I wanna check down the barrel of the nail to make sure it’s smooth and there’s no lumpy bumpy bits. I’m going to use the e-file and the secret weapon bit for those nails with the shards at the cuticle area for more precision and control. Once they’re all filed I’m going to buff them smooth ready for the decoration.
I’m going to use the clear Fiber Gel to adhere the Metal Trinkets and shards to the nail to give the nail a little je ne sais quoi. I’m going to use the needle end of the Pammy Picker Upper to fill in that ring with gel and create a bit of a dome shape. I’m going to use the Nailchemy Crystal Gem Glue for the rest of the gems.
I’m going to finish it all off with Kirsty Meakin Top Coat.

I’m SO happy I found Kirsty again. Good thing I’d done a search the other day! Went over to the Naio channel, and was confused as hell, till I realized homegirl has her own channel now! Sidenote; I’ve never wanted nail files so badly, like I want Kirsty‘s nail files. I’ll definitely be grabbing those.
I was also confused, was naio nils not her own channel/products? I'm totally curious what happened...
@@monstersouleater Naio Nails isn't Kirsty's brand! She was just their brand embassador or something like that. She has her own brand now :)

I always watch Dorota on her channel who is either the ambassador or owner of Nail perfect and i love the hard gel colors and the gel colors of UPVOTED.. love what you done and i knew you'd love the product.
Hey there Kirsty. I have so wanted to use Nail Perfect Fiber Gel for a while. I also watch Dorota Palicka a lot and she uses that product all of the time. In fact, I learned to do my own nails with gel by watching her all of the time. I much prefer gel to acrylic. However, what with the money conversion and shipping I just can not afford to get it here in America. It was GREAT to watch you working with gel. You are so talented and so much FUN to watch. Love from Texas...
Right? I'd love to try some of Dorota's products and Kirsty's also, but that shipping puts it out of my price range. I hate it because it's not their fault. Maybe one of these days I'll splurge 🤷♀️

That's exactly why I don't open glitters until I'm ready to use them and close them up immediately after, otherwise I'd end up with it on everything BUT my nails!😅

Or a cat randomly jumping up from nowhere and spilling it. Or the damn crystals! Luckily they didn't go on the floor, just all over the table. Which is a blessing as Swarovski aren't bloody cheap!
I lost a glitter a few days ago, because my cat decided to jump down from my fridge freezer and knocked the container. The look on his face told me "oops! Was that me", then he ran off, 5 seconds later he was back because podge was chasing him, and what was left got spilled out as well. I wouldn't have minded, much, but it was a glitter from a shop which is no longer sold!!
Please kirsty and Adam come out with a hema free acrylic and poly gel system .can't wait to get my hands on all your new products. Love that your just you on here and so happy for you both doing this venture together ❤

Here in California I've just bought the last of the summer fruits and berries, and Saturday's dinner will use our last tomatoes for streaky bacon, (smoked, cured pork belly,) avocado and tomato sandwiches. They are my favorite food of ALL foods and I truly miss them when the tomatoes are out of season. I'm an August baby as well as a fourth generation NATIVE Californian, if you don't count my indigenous great-great-grandmother, and so I truly LOVE my fresh fruits and vegies. We ALWAYS had a garden when I was a child, and my mother, aunts and grandmothers ALL canned a HUGE variety of fruits and vegies all summer and fall.
Now you have done something wonderful together! I'm just thrilled for all of you and both of your families. For Adam: Next time you get to pick a color, you ought to memorialize your love of grape soda. Purple translucent base color with fuchsia and violet sparkles will both look like grape soda and it will SELL like ice pops in Hades! ;-D
I've missed you! I'll try not to stay gone so long in the future. Don't worry. Everyone in my immediate circle is OK. A few have had COVID, only three of the most elderly members of our extended family and friends circle have passed from it, and one was not unexpected as she had been non-communicative in a hospital for years prior to her death. I guess that makes our circle "lucky." I hope yours has been "lucky," too.

I have to admit I REALLY miss seeing you sculpt nails. To me, it's just so much more interesting to watch you do nails w nail forms and have them unique to each client. Idk, tips, imo, take the magic out of watching the art of nail sculpture. Plus I find the sculpted nail far superior in appearance,fit, and shape. PLEASE start doing some videos w forms. I honestly have strayed from religiously watching your channel to finding other nail techs who aren't using tips.

The glue hair girl is Tessica Brown from Violet, Louisiana and she’s same age as me, October 1981:) were 39. The cost for that glue removal was 12.5k usd and she had to fly to L.A. for the specific surgeon using chemical mixtures to save her hair snd dissolve the glue from her scalp safely ✅
