an addition... all living beings have chakra, Lee has chakra, what he doesn't have is the ability to combine hand seals with chakra to create jutsus, just like people in the village for example. The eight gates technique works by breaking chakra limiters, so Lee has chakra.

Almost ALL Naruto movies are non-canon filler, so you do not need to watch any of the movies. The only Naruto movies to watch is “The Last: Naruto the Movie” after you finish the whole series, and then “Boruto: Naruto Movie” afterwards. That’s it. All other movies are filler.
The Road to Ninja movie is still a must watch though! It was such a heartwarming ‘what if’ movie in an alternate universe. I even liked it more than The Last tbh. I hope they make a reaction about it.

omg please do the movies. Naruto ninja clash in the land of snow is the absolute best, none are cannon but if you see at least 1 then thats what I recomend. (Cresant moon kingdom is also lit it has Rock lee in it)
