And it's so well done!!! I love the fast cuts, the bright colors, the striking visuals overall... The whole video has this eerie, disturbing atmosphere and perfectly captures the feeling of gradual detachment from reality

UGHH FUCKKKKKKKKK THIS IS SO GOOOOOOOD the limited colour palette hits so hard and the images blinking in and out of existence is such an unsettling and evocative way to convey mikages unreliable memories and the panic and fear and confusion that comes with them and the way he's the puppet master of all these students but a puppet himself and it all comes crashing down and aughhhhhhh i need to lie down
words cannot describe how good this is. im so glad mikage is getting recognition nowadays bc it felt like I was the only person who cared abt him a few years ago
Your Imagery and interpretations of the Black Rose arc Continue on point from Glitter and Gold, and THEN you throw in some legendary Lemon Demon, top notch stuff.
Oh this is great!! Excellent execution of a really creative concept; I saw the title and was thinking like "Oh, THAT Sundial?? Actually that sounds about right" and it really was! I loved the segment where Kanae was stabbed with the rose especially.
I haven't even watched Utena to know what is happening but GOD do I love the art in this. The colors, the artstyle... yes to everything.

i only have vague knowledge of Utena through a friend BUT i know a good animation when i see one!! i love the style and limited palette, and the rhythm! the blinks work so well to really tie the song to it. also i know enough of Mikage and the general plot to pick out some things, but even without that i can feel the symbolism and meanings all the way over here and i am eating it up!
COOLEST THING I HAVE SEEN IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!! every single frame is GORGEOUS and the imagery is soo well chosen. i adore all of the elements flashing in and out it works so well. and i especially love all the pointers coming together into that kind of sun-mandala thing that is so SO cool. really amazing and beyond words!!!

Amazing work! The editing is amazing, with how things quickly flash in and out/shift. I particularly like the striking black and red shots with just the character’s eyes. It’s so creepy.
And it is always a treat to see more Mikage focused content.

No clue what Revolutionary Girl Utena is i'm going to be honest, but your visual storytelling is so unique and masterful! Your ability to visualize and put emotions, abstract ideas and even the feeling of a song to paper is so admirable and endlessly inspiring to me. And also the colours and shapes are just lovely. Absolutely love your work (especially this, Wonderland and the Red Valley PMV!) and I'm wishing you all the best, this is amazing stuff
