I didn't know you were selling Bangin' Headlights, I've just purchased a set elsewhere! I will add if you have a late Series IIA with the lights in the wings or a Series III, you need the closed back because there's no inner wheel arch to protect them so flying stones and mud cakes them if you have an open back.
While you're doing this job, it's worth painting the heads of the adjustment screws, so they're easy to identify next time you need to do a headlamp adjustment.
Popped a version of these into my tdci a year or so ago. Recently the halo on one side has turned what Homebase might call ‘warm white’, rather than the bright white of the original. I spoke to someone about this in passing, and he said that he’d seen it before and it was due to how the halo linked to the side lights. He told me to disconnect the halo part and it should remedy the problem. Before I start playing with Defender electrics, which really isn’t my thing, do you (or anyone else BTL) have a view/thought on what the problem might be?
Is there additional wiring required to fit LED's into a Defender? I've heard different stories from different sources, something to do with the "draw".
Sorry to learn of your health scare, Fraser, and all the best for a full recovery. 🤞
Hi Fraser, another great video!. Sorry to hear about your trouble but hang in there. I'm prostate cancer free 10 years now and still Rovering!
All the best and take care ! Greetings from Belgium. Keep on the lovely work on these Land Rovers !!
Keep up the great work.

Hope youre on the mend. Please end all videos with the Magnum music instead of the normal crazy theme 😂
Any kits for Disco 1? Really would love to have an upgrade. Several years ago a few places had options, now... nothing seems available.

No they’re mostly plug and play. May have to remove the dim dip relay behind the dials
