I love TVXQ! with 5 members and still madly in love with TVXQ! with 2 members. They have tried like every genre, pop, rock, hip hop, R&B, swing, jazz, reggae, ballads and upbeat songs. Many teasures to admire. Please do more reaction of TVXQ! Thank u and shoutout from Indonesian CASSIOPEIA!!!!
8:35 That's what we call SMP. The original SM sound since H.O.T. TVXQ's Rising Sun, O Jung Ban Hap, Triangle, SuJu's Don't Don, H.O.T's I Yah, BoA's Girls On Top, EXO's Mama, SNSD's The Boys and I Got A Boy and many songs of NCT and Aespa recently.
Thank you so much for reacting to TVXQ! They are my favorite group! Definitely recommend their solo stuff including the ones that left. Especially Jaejoong (who's done a lot of rock after he left) and Junsu (who went on to do musicals, he has killer vocals!)
Now this is the sound/style I associate more with TVXQ. More of a masculine, harder, intense vibe than the boy next door vibe of a lot of Third Gen had. I think this style was more popular in the second generation? Anyway it suits the fandom color, pearl red which I always thought was the best fandom color after EXO. ❤❤❤
Sorry, dropping more links. Just saw this funny EXO video with some very recent footage from their fan meet last week as well as some old classics. th-cam.com/video/LB3aNARg2_s/w-d-xo.html&feature=share
Kristen, never feel bad for dropping anything in the comments, I do think that the masculine portrayal fits TVXQ! more, I am glad they went to that route more so personally, its just better for them. I honestly dont know if its a second gen thing or not.
@@Killdeer25 I agree it suits them more. I remember seeing somewhere that when third gen boy bands were debuting there was a trend towards what were called flower boys which didn't necessarily equate to not masculine but rather just softer, more in touch with their feelings, more interested in fashion and hair etc. more of a pretty boy/nice boy image than previous generations. First Gen like H.O.T for sure was all about rebellious teenage anger because the 90's were a massively difficult time for Korea as a whole with their country going bankrupt and so many 90's young people and college grads couldn't find work. Their parents in factory and other blue collar jobs were getting laid off as big companies went under etc. So the music reflected the times. Whereas by the time third gen started debuting, things were more stable and the more upbeat music, boy next store vibe was more the trend. So I guess second gen would have been the transition between those two extremes.
@@Killdeer25 I just don't want you to feel there is any expectations of reactions for links. If you want to, awesome but I just share what I think you'd like. Literally no one in my personal life has ever watched a link I sent them. 🙄 Sucks for them.
@@kristenblack6026 I hear you, "sucks for them" brilliant haha True True . The same for me so I stopped sending them to anyone now. Have a new captive audience now with the toddlers in the creche, they go crazy for it hahaha.
