Realistically a tighter bore is more air efficient. In my opinion it doesn’t really matter. I run 6.01 EdGi in pretty much everything and they work great! Inner surface finish is key 🔑
@@BlindSniper Alright perfect! That makes it an easier choice for me now. Just one more question please, Im basically upgrading and replacing everything internally for my Cyma Vsr10. Would i need to uprgrade the hop up block aswell? Im looking at Maple Leafs block but i dont know if the stock one works aswell? I have everything ready to order lol just making sure i have everything before i do
@@benyblanco3890 you don’t really need to “upgrade” the mag block. Depending on your stock, the mag block may be proprietary. If your gun fits and feeds mags properly, don’t waste your money. I only buy mag blocks when I’m building from scratch or trying to fix mag feeding issues!

He’s going to try airsoft philosopher, when I my gen 2 comes in I’ll give it a test fit. I’ve heard about a tight fit with the AA but I haven’t tried one of mine yet!
@@Purple_hat1 so action army makes a green hopup chamber for the m24 I think it is. That one should be a smaller diameter but it might be TOO small for the tolerances you need. I will test my AA when I get home. Comment back if I don’t respond with results in 5 hours 👍🏻
@@BlindSniper don't have enough budget for the SAP tho, just the dbell edgi kit, is a 750fps spring overkill or nah? that's what I ordered, 5.98 inner barrel + 750fps spring
@@BlindSniper I only use it for plinking, we have no game sites here in my area that allow snipers because they mainly play speedball, run and gun type of games
@@dmr1292 ah okay. Still 750 is a bit high. I like a little less power, I think it helps for a smoother trajectory and it’s easier to follow your shots

I like to try and run 100g. Probably a bit much for a vsr cylinder volume, but I have an air brake head for my EdGi and I’m going to aim for 75ish g.

What hopup did your friend use for the outer barrel? I found that my AA hopup unit didnt fit well in the edgi outerbarrel

EdGi kits will give you great performance!! I bought an EdGi kit for my first vsr, I recommend the SAP now days

@@dmr1292 750 fps is a bit over kill. It depends on your limits and barrel length. I have a 500, 550 and 700 so I can adjust to my needs.
