This comment might be a little late, but I just wanted to say thank you for bringing the congress pattern to my attention. I bought my first congress pattern a few months ago and immediately it became one of my favorite patterns. This is a wonderful video and thanks for sharing.
Nice video, my choices of 3 Case knife patterns would be different, but that's what is cool about this hobby. Really like Case's Bone jigging and color options as well. Keep up the videos
