Four Box Rondo | Football/Soccer

- Use this four box rondo to encourage the players to be alert, and confident when under pressure. The players start by passing around (with whatever rule the coach decides:one touch, two touch, etc). Once the coach shouts a color, that team split up and work in a rondo. Once the player wins in their square, they move on to help out their teammates.

A variation: Set a time limit for each round, this will give more pressure to the attackers and more hopes for defenders (especially in 3v2 situations).
