- Quick unboxing and look over the new ProBoat SonicWake 36 self-righting Deep V. Ok, I said receiver and I meant transmitter. I am dyslexic, please excuse my twists of words at times. The transmitter fell out while unboxing and hide next to the table for a few sec. Blooper real is included I guess.

If you drop the battery trays in the Veles, it can take good-sized batteries.
If you got it from Horizon I hope nothing is wrong with the boat. If so you will most likely have a birthday before they. Take care of the problem. Meanwhile they have your money. They have so many rules that they can take a very long time to correct the situation, or ignore it altogether.

Yea that’s the only downside with abs plastic, not as shiny. I had a traxxas spartan and it wasn’t shiny aswell. But if I had to pick one I’d pick this over ther spartan any day.

I'm also going to buy this boat, but I made a homebuilt RC boat out of foam board and put a eflite 3500 kv 64mm brushless motor in it! So when I take it to a lake, it should fly!

Nice looking boat, has everything I've been looking for execpt the white plastic. I can't do white plastic anymore as they start to yellow in a few years in my garage with the light and heat. :( I guess I could always stip it and paint it.
I had considered it. Unfortunately, I can't live with the plastic. I'll stick to MHZ and TFL.

Hello, I'm from india.. im doing engineering.. in my final year project, we taken a topic of high speed rc boat.. so we don't have any proper dimensions for boat, can you tell us all dimensions of this boat ? Or how can we contact you?

I'm a total newb to rc boats, would i be able to use one 4s/6s battery, or would i have to use 2 2s/3s packs?
You can use one but you need a loop to attach to the other battery connector and complete the circuit. I would recommend two packs of 2 or 3 cells so you can alternate the packs position in series. I think it makes them last longer.

I have this boat in black. With those batteries you lucky if you get a good speed. Too heavy! Use 2@ 3cell 5000's or one 6 cell 5000.
Frank A My 6s speed test results would seem to agree with you. Although these batteries did take my UL-19 to 62.5 all stock. I do want to get some smaller battery’s for my boats but my budget won’t allow for it for a while. Maybe some time after the holidays. :-/ Thank you though.
Steve’s TH-cam eBay has some great deals on turnigy used 3 cell 5000's. I got 2 for 45$ shipped. Look around on there u will find good deals. If u want I can try and link u to some like I bought for your budget.
