Boy University is offering new students admission (Before Coronavirus) and they never promise you to offer a job. In SOP you everyone mentions that they will go back to their respective countries after completing the degree in order to find a job in their own homeland.
Is australian government made any commitment to you about job when you applied for student visa?? In your sop you already mentioned that you will go back to your home country after your studies.. So don't blame on Australian government..
