Tossed quite a bit of RI and worked with small amount. Still not proper.
We had rainy days, including humidity on non-rainy days. Pretty sure that affected consistency…
Staring at RI.
Made New batch - still pillowy. Used an inordinate amount of confection sugar; dilemma.
I’d hate to loose all that product. Will work in small portions…
