Such a good idea (again!!!), Sasha! I am just like you, I can‘t stand too throw out all the little bits coming of the die cuts, such a waste and often the are so pretty! Great way to use them. Hi Sasha, Love the cards you made using scraps. One of the best scrap cards. It does seem more intricate but fabulous effect.
Those cards are awesome. I have been looking for new ideas for cards. I have been asked to teach some of the ladies at our church. I have never done that so this will a great way to get them started.

Just a little hint when using the double stick paper. If you don't want to use glitter, you can add powder to "unstick" and keep the areas white.

I loved watching, however I did give most of my glitter away, as I am in a small senior apartment. I am fortunate to have carved out a space for my stamps and paper. I know what you mean about small space and glitter. Last time I used mine, my dog had it all over her face! haha

What a great way to make our paper so even further! I love it! I can see using this technique to get my neighbor kids excited about crafting, too. (They will love the "tack on the chopstick" tool.) And thanks for sharing your beautiful pictures with us. I really need to get back to Canada again someday...

I watched this going yep yep - but it was your pink flower coming to life that was my lightbulb moment. Guess my rubbish bin is going to be pretty empty from now on 😁 you have created a scrap miser - nothing hits the bin now!

Many, many hours spent at St. Albert Place as a child!
So I haven't been a complete nutcase keeping all those die cut scraps I couldn't bear to throw away! So good to have something else to do with them, I've been using them to decorate envelopes & gift tags but I shall definitely try your mosaic idea now, thank you!

Do some videos on the design process hun if you can as beginner people like me know how to die cut etc but struggle to actually put cards together. I find that most videos are showing you how to do a card but unless you copy it, its very hard to use what you have and come up with putting it all together. Ellen Hudson did a good one on card design and what rules she sti js with. I wish there was more videos like that for us beginners please 🙏

ha ha yes my son is an absolute goofball, cracks us up all the time. Rosalie is stunning, need to keep telling her as all the media these days can be scary and i worry about her and the pressures she'll face in life. So glad you had a good trip. Those are memories you’ll cherish. Now that I am old I find my best memories of my children are from the trips we took; parents, too. These cards are so simple , but so effective at the same time. I like the flower card the best - excellent idea. 2nd fav is the glitter “grout”. Can’t wait to see what you come up with next week. A while back I put 2mm coloured strips onto double sided sticky sheet. I had left a few gaps (oops!). Put black marker lines between the colours. Then cut strips so I had a little of each colour on every strip. Next I offset every 2nd strip a little to create a 'disco' effect. Looks like it took hours! 😉Fun in rainbow type colours!☺
Sounds like you had a great time in Canada! Happy that you like bears 🙃. We live in the NE corner of Washington state surrounded by forest lands. Can't say I have a love affair with bears after one came in this spring and killed 3 of my chickens! 🤨 Being that I AM a female hunter, that bear's days were numbered. Seems another hunter must have done the deed, because have not seen him back since his 3rd trip onto our lands. From a distance, they are beautiful creatures (wildlife artist and all I DO appreciate that). But, kill my livestock - another matter entirely! Your paper scrap uses are inspirational. thank you.
