- On 28th January 2024 the Cambridge Men hosted the Dutch Men's Development 8+ for some fierce racing action on the Championship Course as they prepare for The Gemini Boat Race 2024.
With some shaky steering there was no shortage of action as the crews clashed time and time again.

It's much appreciated to be able to watch these fixtures, and with such world class commentary. You can't get much better pedigree than Zoe and Martin.
Cambridge always put out technically strong crews, more-so than OUBC in my view, particularly around the front end each year.
This crew's technique is exceptional.
The poise around the finish is 10/10.
Agreed - you can see the effect of training on Rowperfect machines rather than Concept 2s- the crews that do this have a stillness at the recovery.
Zoe noticing those sailing boats shows she's a true cox. I didn't have a clue they were there!
Goes to show how key the coxswain is to any successful Boat Race.

It still amazes me how the cox can’t steer to save their lives. I know they don’t wanna dump the rudder, but Jesus, stay on course man. Stay the fuck awake.

Cambridge steering badly again - whichwon them the BR last year. Should have been disqualified.
Cambridge steered well last year and away from OUBC near Fulham, not towards them - and Cambridge had a better rhythm and better crew anyway - get over it!
