    I absolutely agree with skin care! I am 50+ with absolutely no wrinkles. I began my skin care routine in my teens. However, I disagree with making your bed as soon as you rise. According to experts you need to allow your bed to breathe before making it due to dust mites and other organisms that use our body heat to grow. I let my bed air while I eat breakfast and then make it.

    2023 is going to be great! I’m here for this inspirational positivity. I’m a mom living a very different life, but I feel like I’m living vicariously through you 😆 It makes me think of my 20ish year old self and reminds me to incorporate former parts of myself.

    Hey, great tips but here’s one for you…. Never eat burnt food. Your toast is toasted….
    While one piece of burnt toast won't matter, consistently eating chargrilled or baked starchy foods over time will certainly help to increase your cancer risk.

    Thank you - after my 15 year old daughter watched this with me, she purged 3 trash bags of junk from her room, reorganized, and tried out a packet of my eye masks (while drinking an iced coffee she created, of course)! We're considering creating vision boards together too! Love all your inspirational videos and lifestyle. Now to try to book a Wonder sailing while you're onboard!

    Jordan honey don’t forget to use and mention using SPF everyday. After your serums and moisturizer. Daytime only. You’ll be happy you start now, it’s a good habit to begin now.

    Have you ever tried sleeping on the floor, Jordan? About 12 years ago I fell asleep on an exercise mat after a long run, and I woke up feeling so good that I've been a floor sleeper since. I think it would probably help your hip heal.

    Never make your bed as soon as you wake up. It traps the moisture and bacteria left behind naturally when sleeping. Let the bed air out- make your bed 1 hr after getting out of bed.

    Jordan, try the Pixi Glow Tonic! It totally changed my skin. I'll never stop using it. I love their Retinol Tonic too (use both once a day), but Glow is my no.1. I get less breakouts now, and my skin looks so glowy and healthy.
    I probably use 7 or 8 steps in my evening skincare. I use a lot of Korean skincare and love it! ❤️ 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿⛸️
