Can we use it for Google maps navigation, as this does not have any positioning sensor????
Without positioning sensor it’ll use internet to determine the location, accuracy will be less and will not work without internet but it will work

Not possible! It might be a temporary issue with software or that particular network! To me it worked with both 2.5 and 5 Ghz.

Just a suggestion, when you are testing sound and picture for tab, please do it indoors as you can see the tab but most of the viewers will be not able to see due to odd camera angles

Tab camera is not for clicking photo outdoors, it's simply for taking pics of document and video call, so it's time waste to show and compare the camera to a mobile, also no one takes calls outside, most of the calls are taken in room coz there is no point taking a video outside to show quality, even iPad 9 and 10 have the same results, plus these tabs don't come with 4g or 5g which clearly show the intent of indoor use
The objective is simply to test almost every product to same standard, of course incomparable to a smartphone for camera but absolutely one as a viewer can make a judgement out of it!
Is it good or ipad 9th gen
