Thanks to everyone for the amazing support I'm receiving with this video, it took me a lot of time to make it but you keep me motivated and maybe I'll do the same thing with other bands in the future!
YES!! YES!!! Finally I see someone playing Lake Bodom like I do. I learned the riff by ear, and then only after that, I saw in a live clip, that Alexi plays the three notes that end the first lick with barréeing the lowest three string with his pinky. I tried to learn to play it that way, because "it's the right way", but is just didn't feel natural to me. Every time I see someone play this, I keep my eyes on their fingers, and most people do that lick with the pinky barrée. Man I feel so validated right now.
Ahahah i do that way because I'm really not good at sweep picking, especially in barré notes, I have high difficulty to mute the strings in a sweep picking barré, so I came up with a different solution :)

Totally agree! It is short and shows simple melody and beat, but the mood of 'road end', like it or not is strong here. For me it felt like goodbye from this band. And in the end of 2020 this short piece got another, more painful meaning in it... rip, Alexi
in case you didn't know, it's title is "Confessions" and was supposed to be the intro track for Hexed but somewhere along the line they discarded that idea
