Simple: make bigger intake tube...face the head and block of 78 cc china engine for high compression and use 125 carburetor...use cold air filter instead of local one

You need to modify the break system because seep is increasing so you need to control this speed.
Change the break drum and use 125 break drum then it will be very safe
70 or 125 ka break size same hay 110 cm
