You can learn ear training there are methods for this , it just takes time and dedication.

Why am I finding it extremely difficult to hold down the Bm7 chord? Could it be because I'm not using a classical guitar? Can this song be played on an acoustic with normal strings? Please help🙏
Hey Nevin,
The song can be played on acoustic guitar, but it's true, it is usually easier to play Barre chords on classical (nylon strings) guitar.
Another thing that's worth checking is the tension and action (height) of the strings on your guitar - I'd recommend to take it to a guitar shop and ask them if a "setup" can make the guitar easier to play.
In some acoustic guitars a proper "setup" can dramatically reduce the strings tension and make it much easier to play Barre chords.

I am using a Spanish Camps guitar 🎸 one of my favorites!
Honestly, I don't remember what strings I got for it 🙈
For the electric I usually use Elixir but for the Spanish guitar I don't have a particular favorite brand
