the problem i have with nasheeds is that in large majority of them they mention the name of Prophet Muhammad Mustafa sallallahu Alyhi Wassallam so quickly that it is difficult to send salam on him. I have read that the Prophet peace be upon him himself said that if a person listens his name and doesnt send swalawat on him will be cursed. That is why i get afraid of the nasheeds. Moreover music is also not a good thing.
What ?! Who hears the name of the prophet peace upon him and doesn't send prayers is stingy and not cursed ! And indeed , he is stingy to his own self because HE needs the credit he gets from sending prayers .
