Have you thought about it from this angle. How many young blokes go out on a weekend and cut loose, drink too much, do what Latrell is doing here.
I know it's the same old narrative that he's a role model to kids, he's a professional athlete and he needs to be held to different standards, right? That photo appears to be in a private setting away from the public eye. You're kidding yourself that you don't think other players are mucking up behind closed doors.
It's just Latrell with his polarising personality, people are looking to take him down any way possible. His on-field attitude, ego and control of his aggression is poor.
But I think it's poorer from the person that leaked that photo to media, purposely with the intention to hurt Latrell's career. Don't swallow up media all the time, think for yourself as a person about just another person.

@@petershaw6346 religion is not just believing the effect of the universe has a cause, which logically is God. Religion is a system of beliefs. Believing 0+0=1 is a religion. Being ignorant of truth is a religion. Believing in yourself is a religion. Everyone has some sort of belief system which is shown by their fruit. Of course, God has given us intelligence and our consciences bear witness that we know what is good and evil, yet man still hates God and doesn’t seek Him, which ultimately proves the Bible true. We love our own, but hate God. No one is a good person for we still reap what we sow. The wages of righteousness is life. The wages of sin is death. People go to jail because they do wrong. But sometimes the court of law is unjust. We know this. But the Holy Creator of the universe is not unjust that humanity has the death sentence for no reason. Indeed the fact that God has delayed justice and we live 80 years is merciful although we still cringe at the fact of our sins in the light of a transcendent God. You see, if you ever wanted to know if a religion is from God, then you test it. We know God is perfect and just. We know God is love. But how can a merciful loving God who also has pure hatred for evil, pardon sin without there being justice? Can we bribe God with good things we have done? We know that a timeless being created time, and God’s justice is eternal. If we have seen a dead body we know there soul has left them, where does the soul go once it leaves the flesh? Be wise brother. The only answer to how God is merciful to us yet still remains just is found in the One was undeniably prophesied by the prophets (Isa. 7:14, 53:5), who was eyewitnessed and historically recorded in fulfillment of those prophecies, and who is still witnessed by all who believe in Him.
I write this as witness and no doubt me and this message of good news is hated, for Jesus said so.
“In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.”

As a broncos fan at this point cobbo is on the same road, he can either take after Inglis and meninga and become a leader of men and an elite footballer, or he can take after latrell Mitchell or Todd carney and be an ultra talented but burdensome to his team potentially lose his career and have nothing in life. Dugan and Ferguson, Brett Seymour, super talented clowns are a dime a dozen and it always starts with special treatment at school then by the club. Gus and Gal are 100% correct on what they said happens with Latrell Mitchell. He's been let get away with his indiscretions for too long. He's been a protected species for too long. South Sydney Rabbitohs are for some reason too scared to come down hard on him. Nothing wrong with tough love. If Souths got on top of this ten years ago when Phil Gould first said about if they keep letting latrell get away with it, then we wouldn't be having these conversations about Latrell Mitchell and his continuous minor indiscretions. He's a talented player don't get me wrong but as Gus and Gal rightly pointed out, he hasn't been disciplined the way he should have been from the start and now it's a ongoing thing unfortunately. Ill disciplined players don't deserve special treatment let alone any player in the NRL regardless of who they are. Or play 10 to 15 games then go on a holiday for the rest of the season. Then there is the regular absolute grub acts he pulls every second game follwed by a 10 minute bludge off the field. Let him go. For him it's money for nothing and the drugs for free. He's no superstar that's just media hype. I agree will Gal, but I also think the NRL is partly to blame, because they tolerate his grubby plays (like his head shot on the BACK of Reece Walsh’s head in Origin II) Joe Suaali gets sent off in Origin I and that was NOT deliberate! Mitchell lined Walsh, then when Walsh has gottne rid of the ball and turned his back, Mitchell STILL leaves his feet and smashes the back of Walsh’s head with his shoulder and what happened to the Ref’s whistle? He musta swallowed it, but Mitchell didn’t get sent off, didn’t get a four week suspension, didn’t even get a criticism in the PRESS!
So, it’s not just South Sydney who are allowing this grubby behaviour, it’s the whole damn NRL.
