I played the hell out of DDO back in the day and I tried making a return earlier this year... There were no more than a few hundred people on at a time and zones/missions were dead with the game proving to be a solo experience. But I'm in North America, maybe there are other regions where the game is doing better?
depends on server really. Thelanis avg is around 300-400 at anytime. Hardcore arorund 1k. When hardcore is down servers can reach 500. Wayfinder for example is almost empty at 100
And PDK is so much better than Aasimar. It saves enhancement points and feats. Just watching the first 10 seconds with the character sheet up, he's light on PRR, MRR, AC, Cha, and HP.
@@stevesimons2641 PDKs make very good Paladins but Aasimar is considered the best race in the game for good reason. Saving enhancement points sounds weird to me. The two racials trees are different so you wouldn't really be saving on enhancement points, just switching what you want them to do. I also can't remember if Strimtom is a racial completionist or not but for anyone who is, those racial points don't cost you anything. You get them for free :p Edit: his character is named Stramtam so probably not a racial completionist, lol.

I like having a higher dodge chance for doing high end content as dodge is a very good defensive stat and I already have enough PRR.
