- My dudes and dudettes the day has finally come! I was able to grab a set of the Secret of the Ooze brothers from the NECA Store's warehouse sale. I was super stoked to to see that package sitting on my porch.
I will be doing a comparison video between these action figures and the set of turtles from the OG 1990 film soon so keep an eye out!

Man, these are my new favorites. I love all the detail in the faces and the bodies are awesome too. I also can’t get enough of the pizza accessories, so cool! Great video!!
I'm still on the fence as to whether I like the first movie figures better or not. The head sculpts on these are amazing though!

Nice review. I’m curious about something I noticed about your Mikey figure, when you show the articulation in his hips (5:57) why does yours have the older style joints? Because my set have the updated style ball joints , the ones that have a ball within a ball, like the more recent toon tmnt figures, and also like the re-issued tokka and rahzar have.. But it looks like your Mikey doesn’t have that. Wondering if it’s just your Mikey figure that’s like that ? Or if all of your set are the same? ( Btw, only difference is mine are from the 4-pack )
Put them in BOILING WATER before you try to move the joints! I snapped mine in half
I usually heat the joints up with a hairdryer. Im too impatient to wait for the water to boil 🤣
I broke the peg joint on the left hand on my Mikey when trying to pull it off to swap. I am pretty sure I can fix it with some careful glue application though. Thankfully we have a ton of hands.
