That fish does look great and you are cooking it up and looking so delicious too. I have not eaten Lobster before and we can get red snapper here and there is catfish all over Arkansas since they are raised on the area farms and can be taken from the rivers and lakes here. I love catfish and have been eating them for most of my life and we eat seafood from the Louisiana gulf.
