I'd love a variant warband of redemption seekers. Criminals and former heretics who've proven themselves loyal enough to be given one last chance to seek redemption in death on the battlefield. Their lives are cheap, and so you get more ducats for purchasing troops, but their low status in New Antioch locks you out of higher end gear. Their desire to die is also a double edged sword, they are harder to break than similar troops, but their thirst for death makes it difficult to pull them out of melee once they're engaged.

You could have Ethiopian missionaries coming to the city’s defense, American volunteers filling up ranks, or Norse/Russian mercenaries turning up to honor a Varangian Guard contract. Having more options is fun and adds depth.
Finally the faction I will be following. Also is New Antioch around the same place as old Antioch? From where this whole thing started and where Old Antioch was, I find it hard to believe a new fortress city could be built in the same area. Honestly getting a proper world map with factions would be nice.

You need a hand with your discord? Ive been building servers off and on for 3 years. I know a decent amount about bots and other stuff like ticket systems, setting up leveling systems, minigame bots, music bots, anti-bot security measures, auto-mod setup, hyperlinked directory messages. Mine i have for a minecraft realm im building, basically gonna be a viking themed anarchy realm that makes hard difficulty look like a joke, anyway, i got all that stuff set up accept a channel guide and a bot tutorial channel, and I decided against a leveling system, but its got everything else i mentioned and news channels being fed directly from minecrafts official server. On average i can build a server like that in about 3 to 7 days depending on how many channels, and how secure you want it, and how detailed with the permissions you wanna get at each level of permissions.
