Lovely outfits and tips! 💛 I have a video idea for you if you want to go with it! What about making a video of thrifting modest & feminine pieces and styling them?
I loved this!!! I liked all the outfits and would wear all of them. I tend to dress more on the casual side so this was really helpful, pls make more casual outfits 🤩 I agree with the more minimal sneaker rather than a chunkier one. 🤍🤍🤍
Wow!! You don't appear 4'10" tall!!! I am 5'2" with shoes on. Great ideas on the outfits and jewelry!! I'm working on my own modest wardrobe. Will be going to Goodwill within the hour to look for more SKIRTS!! I've been doing the all skirts thing for 2 1/2 weeks. My older neighbor started wearing more clothes herself since I've been dressing in skirts. It's FUNNY, though, cause her LANGUAGE hasn't changed yet..... !! 😲😊
Just brought home a pair of beige faux leather sneakers to consider. I wasn't sure about wearing them with skirts and dresses. You've given me some good ideas to try. Thanks!
Loved everything except the one that was above the knee,,,that didn't look modest in my opinion,,,, you're phenomenal girl. I come here for ideas and you don't dissapoint
As someone who always had to wear sneakers because I have feet problems. I learned how to wear sneakers and pair it with dresses and skirts. I do think it’s important to acknowledge the fact that not all sneakers are made the same and people tend to think sneakers are good for your feet when in reality they can be just as bad as flats or some thing without a arch support. I had to wear certain type of shoes because I had Orthotics that were designed for my feet. Well you can get inserts and different orthotics that can go in a variety of shoes. Anybody with orthotics will know that once you cut down your orthotics and fit them to a shoe you have to stick with that shoe style or the same shoe. On the topic of sneaker style I’m so glad that chunky lug sole styles in shoes are back! Story time: I went to purchase a dress that had pockets and this lady didn’t realize I just had reconstruction surgery done on both of my feet and it was shortly after I had one of my foot done so I just was recovering from surgery and being able to walk again without assistance. The lady was like surely you’re not gonna wear sneakers with that pretty dress. She was like oh I have these cute shoes here well the shoes were cute and I know she was trying to make a sale and I give her credit for that. I was like no I have to wear these sneakers I just had surgery done. I didn’t wanna make her feel bad but I also was being 100% when I said I was gonna wear my sneakers because previously I would have to and didn’t have a choice but also it’s just way more comfortable. I wonder if anybody else can relate? Mine shoes are more like a tennis shoe style or running/walking shoe. I know you can get a lot of shoes that have supposedly have arch support but if your feet are really bad or if you have feet issues you can relate to having to wear sneakers or a specific style of shoe. My style is always different it’s really just based off of my mood or personality for the day. I’ve always been one to stand out with what I wear because people don’t dress like me and I’ve never taken that as a bad thing. People could think things are weird or absurd but I realize regardless of how you dress people always go have a negative thing to say even if your intentions are true and you’re really not doing anything harmful or wrong. It’s just like everybody has their own definition of modesty.
Thank you for sharing Amber! I have an aunt with similar stories like yours of wearing proper shoes for her feet. The best thing you can do for your personal style is never sacrifice comfort and develop confidence in what works for you ☺️ I like wearing running / walking shoes with my dresses and skirts too as I like how it gives off a sporty chic vibe I like to wear!
I can definitely relate!! Generally I like stylish pieces and I think that go better with sandals but I can't sacrifice comport for style. My feet are really bad as well and I normaly wear running shoes or sneakers. Totally agree that not every sneakers are good for our feet. When it comes to a special ocassion I choose anatomical sandals with block heel, not biger than 5cm. Eventhough that height is actually tricky lol. Sometimes I have been told that I'm dressing like an old lady haha but if you have this type of problems better opt for comfort.
Hi Jasmine, Super cute outfits here today! Would you double check the link for the last tee shirt? Interested in it, especially. Thanks and all the best, Julie Carns 🌷
Like all the outfits. Sometimes a good idea should stay that--I invested in some platform All Stars. They didn't look as good on me as I thought they would. I will purchase some Keds; I think that is more me. Thanks

Thanks for watching! Yep, I make purchases that I later realize don’t suit me, it’s a learning process at times for sure 😉
I love this!! What is your height btw sometimes modest fashion seems too bulky on me as I'm 5'2
Thanks! I am 4’10"
