Mine would fire the first shot, then it was like the trigger/disconnector wouldn't grab the sear. Firing pin was held back, but would not release. After much video reviews (BWE has the best!) I learned that there are two sets of internals....an old style and a new style. All the parts will physically fit in any combination, but they won't work. I checked mine, I had mostly the old style.... except the trigger spring. Very small difference (the pokey spring tips are about 1/16" shorter in the old vs the new). I put in the old style spring, and immediately fixed the problem. Fires perfectly now! Edit: Here's the video I was talking about: C-kwdhJVMGg
@@Name-ps9fx Holy cow, I’ve had one I built a few years ago that had the same problem, couldn’t get the disconnector to reset consistently, I’ve done a ton to try and make it run including stoning the sear surface that the disconnector mates with. But looking, it has a new style spring and old style everything else. Apex had one last old spring it looks like, ordered it. Hopefully that fixes the problem, thank you so much.
There can be a number of different causes. Make sure your extractor is clean and holds a round well in the boltface. Check your top cover gap and male sure it is correct. Make sure the chamber is not cut too deep in the barrel and your Uzi headspaces. Make sure your chamber is in good shape. What does your brass look like? That is where I start with double feed issues.
Do you know what steel a full size smg bolt us made from. I'm in process converting a smg bolt to semi auto and debating on annealing or just using carbide. Will cobalt drills work for firing pin hole or is the bolt to hard. I can buy some carbide drills. Thanks for the great vids and wish you the best.

Im wondering if its just a good idea this year to buy any full auto bot or barrel and just have one around since binden is going to have the law investigate all fire arms this year? and wondering if it has to do with the riots and covid 19 attacks? and none one learneed about how to find the microwave guns used on people and weather modification but me and the command control computer all the humint spies come from involved in 911 attacks and there supplies! Im thinking even just weapon autocad blue prints being made in case of more trouble is even a good thing to do this year and when the black outs and tornadoes come just start making gun parts for the whole town!

BEST GREETINGS, MAY I ASK HOW MUCH STRENGTH DOES THE FIRE SPRING NEED?... IN A REST STATE AND IN ITS MAXIMUM TRAVEL, THANK YOU FOR YOUR KIND ATTENTION
This is ridiculously under viewed
That's what I think.
Thanks for the video. I have a semi and it doesn't fire every time I pull the trigger. It goes click but not clack. Any ideas anyone?

Im thinking they need new gun law planes crash tornadoes earthquakes fire hit automatic gun law cancelations occur for your town!
I would get a spare bolt and barrel for any transferable Uzis you have as parts are drying up.
RIP Richard.
My full auto conversion looks like the one in the back.
Fix bolt meaning slam fire
??????
The semi auto looks more complicated I'll take the full auto please
