As a 2023 Civic Type R owner the Integra Type S is much more refined if I could get a Integra Type S at sticker I'd buy one

If you can get a CTR for MSRP it's a better buy. I believe this will depreciate quicker than the FL5, just like whats happening between Si and A-Spec Intergra. The Intergra has lost thousand in value while Si is flat. I sold my 22 Si for around $1000 more than I paid a year ago with 10k miles.

It’s mind boggling how many luxury features are taken out from the Aspec to make a Type S. No memory seat(s), sunroof, auto tilting side mirrors..

It keeps the car light. If you want those features, get a freaking Aspec.

if youre down to compare a fl5 to the acura integra type s, id be down to meet up since im also in the portland area! i havent seen an integra type s yet so it'd be interesting to see.

I wouldnt consider a Type R or S a luxury vehicle and no way I can say its worth markup price.
We as consumers enabling all these dealers to sell at markup cause we are still buying it at whatever the asking price.
We are the reason why these cars are going away.
Companies say they stop making them cause not enough are buying, well not enough are buying cause they get marked up so high that it no longer make sense or affordable for people to buy...thats why its dying out...

I hear you.
There is no way this compares to luxury cars. I, personally, don’t believe Acura is in the same league as bmw, Audi, Mercedes. Even the price point, what’s it being compared to?

You’re absolutely right it isn’t in the same league as the German brands… this will last 20+years & 200,000+ miles without costing $25k in dealer maintenance and repairs!!! . Ya BMW/Mercedes and Audi are great until you have to do anything other than put gas in them 😂😂😂
