Sir I have retired from Central govt on 30 June 2017 and haven't filed a case as it's understood from one of your videos that you said government would extend benefits to all those retired from service on or after 30 June 2016 by promulgating a common order and thus the above order dated 14/10/2024 was issued by govt and not from retrospective effect viz from the date of retirement rather it was mentioned from 1/5/2023. Sir my doubt is whether I can approach Honble Court in this regard to get my benefits from my retirement date viz 30 June 2017 Further am I supposed to endorse a copy of the order dated 14/10/2024 to my department to enable them to publish notional increment and followed by change in the payment to be reflected in the Data sheet Sir your reply is highly appreciated

I need clarity on what the notional increment is. I retired in 2006 and am currently receiving my pension.

Our Dept.could have simply endorsed the DOPT orders to all Circles for information and n/a instead of drafting its own perfunctory order.
