I got a tens machine based on your previous pregnancy video and it was a game changer! I started it early and was talking at laughing at 10 cm dilated with my 3rd baby! I was grateful to get through another pregnancy with no interventions.
The tens machine took so much back labor pains away, but mannnn could I feel them in the front. Pregnant with my second and plan on using it again if it helps

I’m packed this time and I think I’m ready but this is definitely going to help make sure I don’t forget anything important. 💜 This is also our last baby and it’s soooooo bittersweet.

I enjoy how clinical you are when describing your pregnancy, labor, and delivery. I first heard of meconium from your M birth vlog! Ditto for tens machine, posterior baby, etc. It really helps when woman are transparent with what they're going through because it helps prepare and educate others. I know another influencer who is afraid to mention hemorrhoids! I can't wait to hear your birth story and hope you enjoy this time with your little one!
For whoever needs it x With my second baby instead of packing a nappy bag as such for my baby I just stocked up a nappy caddy with everything for under the hospital cot thingy, everything fit and it worked so well better than fishing for things in bags, would recommend. ❤
Okay I’m shook. Haven’t had any babies and I never thought about the fact that the hospital bag is literally a full on weekend bag. Though you just packed nappies and stuff for the baby. Don’t know why this has surprised me off all things 😅 Good luck with labour Sarah!
My first hospital bag, we didnt even bring it into the hospital and I was in labor for 19 hours. When it was time to leave (9 hours after birth) my husband went to get the bag because we needed the baby clothes and carseat. I went home in the same clothes I came in and showered at home. Second baby, labor was less than 5 hours but we stayed over 24 hours after baby was born - I used some travel shampoo/conditioner, hairbrush flipflops/socks, clothes to go home in, and phone charger and then baby clothes and carseat. That's it!
Chemist warehouse have an amazing electric hot “water” bottle. You plug it in to a power point and it heats up the gel inside the pack and it lasts for 8 hours!! My hospital wouldn’t heat up a heat pack and I found the heat to really help me post birth. Highly recommend getting the Hotpod Electric Heat pack. Amazon stock it too!

I highly recommend the tense machine and you have to use it even before labor. I used it on my lower back every evening before labor. The body gets used to it. And then when labor starts once you can feel contractions you have to apply it already. It made the contractions at my second birth so much more bearable.
Use coterie!!!!! No regrets! The water wipes give my baby a rash because of the ph balance of them! Coterie is like sooooo amazing! Never had a leak, no chemicals, all organic. Seriously Sarah, we’re living off of a low cop salary and can afford them, not one rash and no blowouts really!
Can we please talk about Abbey sleeping on the chair in the back 🥹 we are getting our first and new puppy Friday and that just makes my heart sing. But honestly, not pregnant, but I’ve always loved watching all of your videos from the beginning and this is a fantastic video with a lot of good information for if we ever decide to have a kid 🥰 thank you for doing these videos, it even gives people who are considering children (🙋🏻♀️) an idea of what to expect, so thank you so much for taking the time to do this 💚
I'm 25 weeks with my first baby and got a list from the midwife and had no clue that I had to bring literally everything for the baby myself. It was good to know early.

3 months ago, I went into labour with my fourth baby at 37 weeks and 6 days and his birth weight was 8 pounds 5, he was a decent size! I am also a boy mum 💙
Hot tip!!! Pack everything for babies first outfit together (nappy/bodysuit/onesie/swaddle) my husband dressed both our girls and it was so easy for him to find when it was time 👏🏼
Yeah, in America they supply diapers, and general baby products. And pads and general hygiene products for moms. But you can bring your own, if you don't want to use theirs. ❤
Loved it 🫶🏼 I gave birth in NYC and took a full bag for my baby and one for me, and used NOTHING lol, they do provide everything. Even beanies and first baby clothes & all post partum essentials, so if you are about to give birth in NY, keep that in mind.

I think if you are High Risk in pregnancy, I definitely recommend to pack at 30 weeks or earlier. I started to be admitted in the hospital at 29 weeks. Didn't think enough that the influencers that I watched are have normal pregnancy condition to mine. So I'm definitely under prepared.

In the US every hospital I've vosited gives 2 blankets, diapers, butt cream, lanolin oil, baby brush, soap, wipes, a few giant mesh panties for mom. I'm sure I'm forgetting something.
