Yes, please - I need my own Jimin. He is so sweet and loving and seems to have a massive soft spot for humanity in general. I firmly believe that Jimin is the glue that keeps the group so solid, he always is the first one to offer hugs and his ear and he gives incredibly good advice when asked, even to ARMY during his Vlives. Sometimes that must be hard for him, always looking out for others and putting his own needs second, but I know that Suga is always there for him and checks on him to make sure he is taking care of himself as well. And his close friendship with V is also so important for him.
@@heartsamessgaultier8562 what do you mean by Suga is always there for him? All 6 will be there for him when he needs them and vice versa. Suga doesn't mean more to Jimin than other members or Jimin is not more special to Suga than other members. Suga treats him like a friend, not a brother. Suga, Jhope, and RM consider Jimin a reliable and understanding friend, not just a younger brother. They all expressed it on different occasions. Even though they call each other like brothers, their maturity is at the same level so they communicate well like friends.

I've always loved Jimin & RM conversations. I think Jimin enjoys discussing deep things with RM and encouraging him. I think RM enjoys being understood and uplifted by Jimin.

Agree. They are both high IQ, intellectual, love to read, arts and are able to discuss abstract subjects. Add to that Jimin's EQ and RM's eloquent word choices, and it's a match made in heaven discussion wise.

Jimin's facial expressions and Namjoon's smile. Their interactions are so heartwarming.
Their demeanors come across as very genuine.
Jimin is the type of friends everyone wants, he's so caring, he has so much love to give, he's always there for the other members, he supports them & he just always shows his appreciation. He's a really nice person

I read a lot of comments from people saying that we all need someone like Jimin in our lives. But instead, I think we should strive to be the Jimin in other people's lives.
Unfortunately most people don’t have that degree of selflessness. There are way more receivers in this world than givers. Which is why you should cherish the kind and selfless person in your life.

Absolutly.
But we can also think how we can take a step in the direction of giving more (back).
We do not need necessary to archieve Jimin's level of selflessness but we can give back more than we are doing now.
Sometimes it may simply mean to just listen to someone or give a small gift that says "I know you" or something like writing a postcard at Christmas to the old long-term neighbor of your gransparents that may or may not still have family/is alone.
Babysteps. Small things to brighten up someones world a little.

You can see how close they are to each other. Koreans do not look people in the eye when talking as it is seen as being aggressive and rude. UNLESS you are family, very close friends or partners. The fact that they talk and look each other in the eyes speaks volumes to me.

Of all the members of BTS, Jimin is the member with the highest EQ. He is a good listener and an empathic which is why the members go to him for comfort and advice. But let us not ignore the special friendship that Jimin and Namjoon have. The relationship is not of a leader and subordinate but that of friends.

Jimin really is the embodiment of love 🥺 even watching him talk feels so comforting. He's so thoughtful and gentle. He really does feel like a hug

There was one particular vlive with RM and Jimin I remember back in 2019 at a hotel room. They were having so much fun switching from deep conversations about viewing art at a museum to spoiling future songs.
I remember thinking at the time wow, these two seem like they could spend forever talking about life. Their brains worked on the same wavelength. They perceived the world similarly but took away completely different reasoning and meanings, adding depth to their conversation. As a person who is few years younger than them, i learn a lot about how to grow healthily from bts members.

After listening to RM’s album it made me think how hard it must be to be RM. We know how much pressure he’s under and how he always does the right thing and has the most responsibilities. He’s so smart and on a different level than other people. I was feeling how difficult it must be to find friends that can relate to you. After watching his listening party with Jimin I felt relieved. Jimin was always thoughtful and empathetic but he has become so mature and so understanding. I love that they have each other. I hope that RM will delegate more to the other members when they come back together. I know the hyungs already do a lot. I hope that they will all be open and honest with each other and with ARMY too. They have always shared so much of themselves with their fans. I hope BTS can feel our true acceptance and support for them as people and individuals.
Whenever I see a conversation between Jimin and a member, I remember how much of a difference it makes to just... listen sincerely to others. There's something so touching about being able to be a safe place to someone else. Yes, we all need a Jimin in our lives, but we could all strive to be a Jimin in other's lives.
And I absolutely loved how RM expressed himself in this album and interview. Honesty. That's the most beautiful thing he could give us. He doesn't "have to", but it is so great to hear his thoughts.

Yes he is. I'm one too. I can recognise an Empath easily. He is my soul mate. Everything he does, I feel it deep in my heart and I can tell it is a feeling that takes our energy. We suffer a lot. Love Jimini❤ untill my last breath.
I loved this minimoni, Jimin is a very loving and caring person. He manages to bring out RM's inner child and yes, RM has always felt like being himself when he's with Jimin.
Namjoon was just 18 years old when he got the responsibility to guide six other guys through an industry that did not like them, an industry that made things hell for them. He had to go through that burden at such a young age and he did very well but he lost himself along the way. He kept pushing the group, the members to be better but he forgot to do it for himself so it is understandable that after 10 years, he wanted to find himself and be by himself. What he mentioned during FESTA 2022 and here is quite the same. Also, let us not forget that many people including their own fans hold him accountable for every single thing even for things he cannot control like disasters. He has always been blamed for even the stupidest things and even for actions that other members or other people also did. He is expected to be perfect and to save the world all the damn time. He has been hated by Kpoppies for no valid reason receiving hate comments every single day. He receives the least support from the fandom. Imagine all the burdens that he has carried for many years. I am just glad he met the right people and he was able to let all out before enlistment. It was like he freed himself. In fact, the Runch Randa, Rap Monster in him came out which he tried to hide for so long to appease people. I hope he will not feel burdened again when they come back.

Jimin's presence is so healing and you can tell how much having jimin there made rm feel. When rm told jimin that the reason he knew he was going through a tough time is because he knows him so well I almost cried. I genuinely love their relationship.
When the group was younger and RM was a tadpole leader according to Jimin he was a bit too intense. He had a conversation with RM about relaxing a bit. Jimin is so intuitive and empathetic. I love watching them interact. MiniMoni

I totally agree with what you said about Jimin in the beginning. All the members support each other obviously but Jimin just goes that extra mile. He wants them to know that he is there for them 100% and he will always go out of his way to show it.
I think he's also extremely emotionally intelligent. He's such an amazing friend. I love that Namjoon feels like he is able to shed that weight he's carried around and is able to express his true self, he's not perfect and that's ok. I love their friendship. Really enjoyed this Max, thank you!
this!!! it’s one thing to just cheer someone on but jimin jumps through hoops to support people. like he literally travelled across the world cuz he knew hobi was having a hard time before lollapalooza. he loves the members SO much, it makes me teary eyed to think about it.

I am so glad that RM was finally able to release all of these negative thoughts and feelings that were stuck inside of him for so long through this album and talking to Jimin about how he was feeling.Jimin is such an empathetic kindhearted person.I hate that RM was going through all of that,but he has definitely come a much better and stronger person because of his struggles.They are all each other’s safe space.And I think this time in the military will do them all good . They will get the chance to learn so much more about themselves.
Such an honest and raw conversation between two intelligent and intellectual brothers. And Jimin's EQ is off the charts. I sincerely hope he has his own "Jimin" in his life so that he too can receive and not just constantly give.
I actually disagree with Jimin needing to open up. He did just that for many years on vlives. Open, honest and sincere about himself and his idol life. All it got him was people zooming in on what they perceived were his "weaknesses" or "insecurities" and used it for hate. They still do today. That's why he now comes on very infrequently and then just builds Lego while chatting about superficial stuff. And while it's sad, I'm also happy that he took this approach. Protecting his own well-being is what's most important and he can be as honest and open to his close friends and family, those who know and understand him, and not to millions of faceless strangers online.
this. i miss jimin so much but there are days where i’m so happy he doesn’t come online. people are so cruel to him for no reason. all i care about is him protecting his well-being, even if that meant leaving the industry entirely (not that i think he would ever do that cuz ik he loves to perform and create, just hypothetically).

For sure. I think I meant open up more in the sense with just being more comfortable with himself - dark sides and all. Maybe he already is, I just see RM sort of inspiring him in that way.
@@maxpbeaumont I see Jimin is most of the time misunderstood ... It should not be forgotten that he trained several martial arts since he was very young (8-9 years) ... Martial arts psyhology hast to be taken into consideration when said he should be more comfortable with himself ... He said clearly he wants to do things his own way and he is proving that all the time ... the most by his song Set me free pt.2 ... I think he said it all by this song and please listen to his songs in his album Face
@maxpbeaumont Ah, ok. I understand what you mean now, Max. Jimin is a very introspective person, though. He has shown that many times, even in those early vlives. So I think he has a pretty good understanding of himself, both the good and the bad. And, I'm also sure that by now, he has reached that level of being comfortable with himself that comes with maturity and experience.

And I always love how Jimin calls each every BTS member’s name with such an affectionate Korean word ‘우리’, like how Jimin calls RM(NamJoon) in this video “우리 남준형…( Our NamJoon Hyung…)”.
‘우리(Uri)’ which literal means ‘Our’, but also Jimin is using this ‘우리(Uri)’ as meaning of ‘My’, ‘My NamJoon Hyung’ which show his deepest affections, love & strong ownership towards RM aka. his NamJoon Hyung.
Jimin also always uses this ‘우리(Uri)’ to call his fans, ARMY as “우리 아미(Uri ARMY)” & this also shows his deepest love, his sweetest affection & strong ownership towards his beloved ARMY, the BTS fans. 💜💕
I was so looking forward to your reaction to this! Jimin's EQ is off the charts, and he and Joonie have a history of long, deep conversations. They're more alike than people think, and Jimin understands him so well. I also think RM is finally giving up on hiding his pain, and I'm glad that Jimin encouraged him to speak up. Like he said, a lot of us just want RM to be okay.
They all have said that when they need to talk, decompress, destress, Jimin is who they go to. He's a great listener, attentive, and deeply cares, and that comes through, even in the little bit we see. Everyone would be lucky to have a friend like Jimin.

Like someone said RM states Jimin has the most empathy and emotional intelligence in that he repeats back what they say so the person feels valid and heard. Repeating is 'I hear you'. Doing that is the highest form of emotional intelligence. 💜💝
We all saw how much joon was suffering last year ,he lost alot of weight and looked so stressed we just wanted him to know how much he helped a lot of people around the world ❤ I actually believe that BTS hiatus was in fact joon's idea because he was so burned out and him holding the most weight in the band they all seemed to agree with him and that's made him feel more guilty and stressed...hope he's better now ..❤
I've always loved Jimin and Namjoon's bond so much. They're both deeply intelligent and empathetic individuals and their conversations (besides when they show us their goofy sides) are always so deep and introspective. They both seem to know and understand each other very deeply. When watching their interactions such as these, I can't help but remember when Namjoon said that Jimin is actually like the "grandpa" of BTS, wise and someone who offers good advice to others. Jimin is very observant and a great listener. He makes people feel heard and understod and gives 100% of his attention to the person that's talking. Here Joon's talking about something so personal to him and it's very clear how much it means to him to have Jimin listen to it so attentively and with such an open heart.

The funny side of this duo MiniMoni is that Namjoon is the oldest but when they are just the 2 of them, it seems like Namjoon is the youngest
Jimin takes a more serious role as if he wants to take some weight of RM shoulders and give him the possibility to be light. Not funny or play with him, he gives him the possibility to be just namjoon
We saw that in an older MiniMoni live : RM was just playful and clumsy, and Jimin tried to be responsible
this is so true!!! jimin almost seems older than him when it’s just them alone. i think he deeply understands how joon feels and he wants him to feel like he has a shoulder to lean on, even if it’s from someone younger than him.
I love listening to these two and their conversations because in reality they truly do think alike in a lot of ways. RM was truly so young when he took on this whole responsibility but like jimin said thats why they got this far, and i don't think RM gives himself enough credit. Our minimoni is truly not only fun but deeply connected in their real lives..

We could see how Namjoon was having a hard time and seemed depressed for a long time now, you could even hear it in his voice in his old Lives. When Indigo came out, I was concerned about his mental health and I hope he is getting help. I hope RPWP is a catharsis for him and he can enjoy his work with BTS in the future. We want Namjoon to be healthy and happy, we all need him in our lives for a long time.
ahhh this just makes me miss jimin more. it always amazes me how much jimin can understand another person. like he literally says what rm was thinking about the songs or phrases before rm explains. Jimin is the perfect person for rm to talk freely. rm knows he dont need any wall in front of jimin bc he never judges or make fun of him or his ideas.
Update about jimin in military: he is doing spectacular. He first finished his training as the top spot trainee and got award for it and recently we heard that he was awarded with the title of Special warrior in honor of his training at KCTC. this means he received the highest marks in all assessments. IDk why im putting here but i felt like a proud mama even though im younger than him.

I love that Nam is always sincere, he doesn't fake as other k-artists, that's why Joon is my favorite in bts, also he reads a lot, love plants but he's also just a normal person like us, with fears, good and bad things, love him
They are both amazing people, honest, down to earth people , great friends to each other. They both need each other and we need these kind of role models and idols.

You're so right, Jimin can be harsh sometimes & really honest, but in this case, he knew that this album was really important to Joon, & he really tried to understand Namjoon's pov & emotions without judgment & he gave his opinion but while staying kind & positive, so yes he's definitely a safe space person like you said, & I'm pretty sure that Namjoon felt really great after that
I don't think harsh is an accurate description, but I get what you mean. Maybe, candid or blunt, straight forward, even frank with his words with some members or at certain times. But harsh? No I wouldn't say that's right. I also agree that he understood the importance of this album for RM. He could see it. But I also think he's genuinely interested when RM talks to him about things that mean a lot to him.
❣️️RM himself said, that Jimin is the most mature out of all the members! RM also said that he has more in common with Jimin then any other member! He also mentioned that Jimin seems to understand him the most since they both are so much alike in so many ways, so introspective, self questioning & doubting or second guessing at times. They are both equally selfless almost to a fault, both always supporting, & putting attention on other members before themselves!! Jimin is the one that supports, respects & admires, advises, & gives RM the incentive & encouragement to go on with certain thing! But RM does the same for Jimin!!
They actually now, since they all live alone, even live in the same condo complex. They have always stayed up late night, having deep conversations together! JIMIN also is the one that speaks up, reminding others, praising RM just how much, how hard work RM does continually on behalf of everyone! They both love astronomy, looking up, just gazing at the stars, nature, the outdoors, being near water, or hanging out at the park together, also going on bike rides together! Jimin, also has the ability to bring out the little kid, the, adorable precious little boy in RM, which is always so awesome and a joy to see!!
They really have one of my most fav relationships, MiniMoni, because aside from all the support, care, & love they give to each other, their artistry & musical creations are that much better for the advice & support & encouragement they give each other! RM himself in a vlog, discussing the making of MOTS: 7 praised & acknowledged how it was Jimin that loved the song Zero O'Clock so much, and encouraged RM to continue & complete it! They do also have the ability to joke & make fun of each other, because they know each other so well. 👍🙏❤️🔥🐨❣️🐥🥰✨💫
I was a fan of Jimin before this but totally adore him after this. Such a lovely person. I feel really bad for RM that he was feeling this way, it was a lot of pressure for a young man. I hope things can be better for him in the future.

Jimin needs to give active listening classes. Trying to find the clip (after the music show in the hallway maybe 2014 jimin in the cap where RM is teary) but its true since the beginning Jimin can express what RM feels and when he does RM always acknowledges, thanks and is just head down, shoulders rolled forward and shy. Its the best.
Jimin is a Genuis. His enlistment proved that as well. Yet, we've used to see him the down to earth person always praising the members, he uses his incredible abilities be it physically or mentally into action all the time and unless you're paying attention you'll never notice it
For me, I'm just jealous of how close and understanding they are to each other.
The thing about Jimin is..he's the type of person that will be there for you. No matter what. He's that friend. I think Namjoon respects his opinion, and Jimin obviously respects him as Namjoon and Rm and leader of bts. Obviously. But I think Namjoon just wanted him to hear it. I've only been army 4 years, and Jimin is one of my biases. But I have learned his personality. He's supportive,caring, loving a good listener, and a great person to have as a friend.
Reminds me of how he was there for Hobi at Lala. He's that for all the members. Love and respect and support.
And the thing abiut namjoon is..he's got so much he's trying to do,like translate for the guys,be a leader,be sure to say all the right things at the right time and it gets exhausting. Like he said in festa, he just wants to find himself and needs a break. In a way, the military enlisment is the break they needed to recharge. That being said, they are all going to come back hard in 2025, and I can't wait! I love Joon. He will never disappoint us. 💜🫰

❣ I believe that Jimin was the perfect choice, since this was more all about all the inner thoughts, feelings, struggles Namjoon was going through during the time of making this album as well as beforehand as well! Jimin, who has the ability to be empathetic, as well as such a good listener, was the right person to choose. RM has had more deep thought provoking deep discussions with even as Jimin mentioned here, during their rookie yrs. In personal life as was mentioned in one of their MiniMoni vlogs, they are a lot closer, then shown on screen. Jimin made a point of asking all the right questions that army wanted to hear as well as adding his own insightful, perceptive input of so many things RM goes through as leader as well as just in general! Unbeknownst to many they communicate & know each other so well, way more privately then many realize. Aside from most of the members already in the military, so not available back then, I honestly believe RM, anyway, in general, feels most comfortable with Jimin, since he’s always so selfless, empathetic, support for the members in general aside from RM. Many in interviews including RM & JHope have mentioned how they’ve gone to Jimin to share inner feelings with, and to receive advice, saying he’s been most helpful, also saying that he’s really the most mature in many ways! 🙏👍❤🔥🐨❣🐥🥰💫✨
That whole video was just a blast! I'm so happy to see Namjoon being open about his feeling and facing the things that was a burden for him. I agree that he looked younger there, relieved!

I love MiniMoni and how transparent RM is being! Jimin is a gift of a friend. He is so empathetic and doesn't get jealous, just supports, and wants everyone to win! Emotional intelligence at that age is rare!!
Max, thanks so much for reacting to this conversation. I even thought about requesting it on your channel. When it was first released, I thought of your channel and wondered what your take would be on some specific moments. When Jimin was able to express to RM that his and the members feelings were a little hurt when RM pulled away, but they understood/understand and support him. That was a big moment for me. I was watching Jimin’s face and I was so proud of him for expressing his feelings, but reassuring RM in a genuine way that he completely accepts RM and his actions. Wow, how many of us have a friend who can acknowledge everything that happened but not make us feel bad or guilty? I love this MiniMoni interaction. It’s a good model.

I appreciate that you acknowledge each member's character and personality traits. I have described Jimin as a warm hug or love personified because he is just that kind of person. A lot of times, fans have a hard time acknowledging that not all dynamics between members are the same. They each bring different things to the table and everyone has their role and contributions to the group. If you have a larger friend group, siblings, or cousins, you know that not everyone is equally close. That doesn't mean they don't all care or love each other, but if you want advice, you might go to one person. If you need your mood lifted, it might be someone else. If you want to go out and have fun, you might seek out someone different than you would if you want to hang out and watch movies at home. Point being, Jimin is that person in the group who makes the others feel good. He listens, he's considerate and sensitive. He can be silly but also mature when it is required. His EQ has to be off the charts. You can tell he has such a huge amount of respect for Namjoon and his influence.
Namjoon is pretty much a genius and a great leader. He bears the weight of his role with grace and dignity. I think he values Jimin's opinions and support and it is great that they have each other. I miss seeing the members together so much. It's comforting to know that JM and JK are serving together, but I can't wait until they are all back. I plan on supporting them in whatever they decide to do.
i think that’s partly why i love jimin so much! each duo with him is unique but all of them are fun and lighthearted while also being really tender and deep at the same time somehow. watching how he interacts with people makes me want to be a better person.
@mk4357 I agree. I have heard many people say that so and so member has a soft spot for Jimin, but you can say that about each and every one of them with Jimin. He just brings that side out of people.
This is one of the biggest reasons I love BTS- them being able to just be normal human beings with feelings like all of us. And they are still young and are still learning how to express themselves and feel ok with it - I’m still learning and I’m middle aged! But this was a lovely way for us to hear RM’s thoughts about the album and why he made it, and to also see his relationship with Jimin who is the perfect friend for this,so empathetic and genuine. What I also love is listening to you talk about them because I’ve watched you from the beginning when you just had discovered them and you know them as well as any ARMY now, wearing your AgustD tee and all- it’s so awesome! It’s nice to hear articulate people talking about the things I’m interested in, BTS and them as PEOPLE, not just artists. 🥰💜

Jimin has been Joonie's sounding board for a very long time. And he understands the fact that you need to get the dark side out like he did with his Face album. I am very glad he listened to San Yawn and took the time to get it out before he left for the military. And to just throw it out while he was gone is like saying here it is make of it what you will. I am also very glad he does not have a leadership role while serving so he can just be a regular guy. With all of them doing different things I think they will come back with a more positive sense of self and hopefully help with the leadership stuff so it does not all fall on Joonie.
I like when you said that RM was expressing that he's going to be HIMSELF... whether people want him to be or not. I think that he is telling people in Groin with the lyrics... "I see what I see (me). I be what I be (me). I will set you free". "You don't like it? You don't like this about me? Fine.... I will SET YOU FREE. You don't need to like me... BYE, you are free." He's not saying that his music has the power to set you free. He's declaring that .... If you don't like it. Fine. You're free.

There's a message here, too, about how trust and love go together. The members did that with Namjoon by giving him space to explore himself and work out his issues, trusting that he'd come to them if he needed to. Namjoon did that with ARMY just by releasing this album, saying "This is who I am and what I've been feeling, and it may not be what you expected, but I trust you to listen with an open mind." (Though I've gotta say... the more I listen to RPWP, the more I feel echoes of his first mixtape. It really feels like he's getting back to his roots.)
And how common is imposter syndrome, that someone as put-together and self-examined as Namjoon can *still* feels like he's the wrong person in the room? So often, he's given ARMY advice that maybe he needed to hear, too. It reminds me of their concert in Brazil, where RM was singing the repeated line from Reflection "I wish I could love myself" and ARMY shouted back "WE love you" after every line, until he finally sang "Yes, I DO love myself." We heal each other.

About Namjoon's reactions to Jimin, yes to all what you say, a big yes. But also he -and us too!- feels a cuteness in Jimin. You can see thoughts running into RM's mind, and not all of them come to light. I guess that you read the lyrics of Heaven, but even when Jimin talked about the song so much, Namjoon didn't explain the lyrics more than what Jimin asked, and it is in English. Domodachi seems to be much more than a celebration of friendship too. So I think that there is that too. Namjoon knows, feels, how much Jimin loves him with his lights and darks, and here Jimin is super attentive to all what Namjoon says and speaks showing how deeply he understands, but also I feel like for Namjoon, as incredibly honest as he is when he opens his inner processes, there is always something more. Something unreachable, unshareable. And I feel like he understands that Jimin accepts that in him, and loves him with that too. Jimin extends that feeling to others, when tells him how the other members and ARMY want him to feel well, doing what he needs to do.
Jimin is a man who can translate complex emotions in simple words, and can find the bottom feeling into the explosion of thoughts in Namjoon. It's such a gift for us to be able to watch this 🙏. Thank you, Max, for using the opportunity to make your own reflections too.
Namjoon has carried a very heavy load as the leader of BTS and has carried it from a very young age. His responsibilities were vast and he did them well. It's time for him to figure out who he is and his place in this life. It's his time now. May he find peace in who he is and know it is a lifelong journey.

Glad that you react to this video. I was one of the (maybe) many people wrote you a comment to suggest this earlier and glad it came. In fact I just realized yesterday that it's not the first time RM expressed his hard time being leader of BTS. In BTS Festa 2022, the last anniversary dinner among BTS members before they started to enlist millitary and all solo projects, they were so honest to their negative feelings being BTS and almost all members cried at the end. I see you reacted this in the past and I'm going to watch it too.

Whatever comes, army won't be mad. Bc we trust them to do what is right for them. We don't want them to do things for us that make them unhappy. Army supports and loves them. Love means letting people grow and change. And they love Army. So they will be thinking about us as they grow.
18:37 this is true . he has already pissed some people off. they are disturbed by his honesty and openness of his hardships. Also! his change in attitude when talking about his hardships. At first, him as well as the other members were a little reclusive but as the years pass by and as they get older, they feel more comfortable. I’ve seen people argue saying that he’s being disrespectful since in the kpop scene you don’t really see artists express themselves.
I really don't think they will NEED RM as a leader when they all get back together. They are all men now, not some young kids afraid to speak up for themselves. They have all been in charge of dealing with the company, doing production, scheduling dates, etc.. They have all had their solo careers and had to make decisions for themselves. I think they can all be in charge when they are a group and, maybe, this will take the pressure off Namjoon and he can focus on his loves of his life, his music, his members, and ARMY.
I agree with you. This is what I was about to say. I believe the 2025 BTS will be much different from what we were used to, for the better.
@marionwilliams2436 I'm not saying they don't need RM. I'm saying that all of the guys can help to take a lot of the pressure off of his shoulders. Suga and J-Hope both speak English very well, and they all understand the language, too. I'm saying that they all have experience doing what he did/does for the group, and they can help him. I know BigHit will give them any support they need. RM used to have to translate messages for the guys, but now they can all read them and respond however they seem fit. They are very capable of speaking for the group and for themselves.

I like how they support each other in hard times, accompany them in the process and do not force the other to leave that state. In today's society you cannot be sad or have a bad time, people around you try to cheer you up and give you advice so that you stop felling sad.
On the other side, I like to think that in SM they are leaving the idol aside and focusing on the person.
Jimin said that we are togheter now but maybe not forever so I want to tell them how much I love and care about them now
this interaction makes me emotional. i don't necessarily have a friend like jimin in my life now, the one that was nearest to a jimin in my life was my husband, who has now passed on, and that's why i love seeing these boys and the reactions to their videos everyday. these teach me a lot and help me process things on my own first, as if bts was there to help me physically.

Jimin was the best choice to do this video with RM at that time. He is a good listener, comforter, and is emotionally available. Taehyung would have been difficult to understand, and Jungkook would have opened big eyes, giggled and burst into songs. I think Suga had already left then, but the video with him would have been all about music.
I assume that Jimin and j-hope are probably the best choices for this type of content.
