My friend working in the Bank told me how El Rufai's govt withdrew hundreds of millions of Naira in cash "to pay contractors".
The bank reported those illegal withdrawals to NFIU. Malam tried to meet the bank CEO to cover up for him. The CEO refused. He then moved the accounts to another bank willing to play his cards.
Worst of all, the rate at which political opponents "disappeared" was frightening.
Nigeria needs help.

If funds are misapplied and misappropriated, the former governor should be invited to defend these allegations.
