The text alignment can be done from the ribbon with one click. Once you decide a pattern for the paragraph, modify it as a style and do accordingly then.

When you click the "insert caption", a menu pops up, select "Table" in in label and just below it there's a tick box where it is written that "Exclude label from the caption". This will omit Table label. Thanks
