Which memory card brand do you recommend that works without flaws. I spoke Thinkware UK and they mentioned that Thinkware sd cards are optimised to work with Thinkware dasg cam and have SPOR technology. They also mentioned manual recording is always 1 minute in manual recording with Thinkware ad cards and using other brand its random lengths. Also in parking mode some people have mentioned in forums, that the camera is not recording properly and having missing clips. I can not justify paying £109 for a 256gb card
I only used the ad card that came with it but there are some sd cards designed specifically for dash cameras. They are called high-endurance cards and you can find them from major brands like Kingston. Search on Amazon Kingstone endurance, or Samsung pro endurance or sandisk high endurance
What doe a wifi connection mean regarding this? If you can connect to the camera by Bluetooth to your phone, what does wifi have to do with it? I need help to understand the dashcam lingo here.
A Bluetooth connection is too slow to transmit data/videos to your phone. The camera makes a wifi network and you connect the phone to that wifi network. This way you can download/ watch all the recordings from the camera
Ive tried COUNTLESS TIMES with my Samsung galaxy S20+ AND everytime I scan the barcode or enter manually, keeps saying on the screen to CHECK THE CERTIFICATION NUMBER AND TRY AGAIN?????? I am successfully connected to the internet (flashing orange wifi light). I've tried scanning the box, barcode on front camera, registering via MAC, and manually typing it.. NOTHING WILL WORK
