- The infnix Note 40 Pro is out, and you can pick it up for N396,600 or $283 for the 8GB RAM, 256GB internal Storage option.
It comes with new features like the active Halo light. It is capable of wireless and reverse wireless charging. It comes with a 70 watts fast charger that charges the battery from 0-100% in 46mins and it is powered by the Mediatek Helio G99 Ultimate processor.

I'm a bit confused, as every review states it's coming with 8gb ram, I ordered the phone and it says 12 gb. I checked in settings and it has 12gb.
Are there different versions depending of your country?

The touch is unresponsive in the middle of the screen one has to press hard, is it the screen protector?
Is it just me cause I don't know why or what is wrong with my nite 40 pro but it keeps going backwards two places on it's own even without me touching the screen. What do I do or who do I talk to?

It's when you get this phone that you will really appreciate the intelligence that is behind it. Infinix thinks ahead, and this time Redmi has a lot to copy from Infinix. Infinix is now racing with no holds barred. Those little nuances for security and protection are next level. Good job Infinix!

Is it good from zero 30?
It's great but to be honest after owning a galaxy s21 ultra for 2 years now , at first having a curved display was cool but it's not very easy to prevent it from breaking when dropped and i spent $400 dollars or P20k in Philippine peso to have it replaced. I preffer a flat screen and it's easier to intall a protective glass screen protector. and the phone case for flat screen is more safer than the one for curved screen specially on the sides.
Whether this supports 5g??

How do we activate halo light?
Its a little bit different in my country because it uses the magpower just like iphone magsafe instead of magpad and you can bring it on the go, also did the magpad works without wire?

I love the improvements going on in Infinix and Tecno. However, they should consider switching to Snapdragon.
Software feels responsive and bloatware is minimal. Great user experience with the dimensity processor.

Seems like a nice device, but I would like to know what the haptics feels like (Vibrations) It's one of the things I like in a phone that is not talked about alot in reviews. And does the Wireless charging pad comes with the device? Thank you.
The haptics isn't great. The feels the same with most budget smartphone. As for the mag pad, yes it comes with the phone.
This is a direct competitor to the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus. They both have Dimensity 7200 Ultra, curved screen...and even the name is called Note 40 Pro Plus

go for the camon 20 pro 5g it is best value for money midrange gaming phones that plays any of the high end games very well at high graphics but there are other alternative like infinix note 30 vip, poco f5, xiaomi 13t, infinix zero 5g. note:the tecno camon 20 premier is the same with the camon 20 pro 5g but it is more expensive with just a camera sensor difference.

Good phone but low end chip (Helio G99 Ultimate).. The only new thing I see here is the IR Blaster..... My NOTE 30 VIP will always perform better..... Great Assessment Valor ❤😊
I use a NOTE 30 VIP as well. Even the PRO+ variant is well below par in comparison with its Mediatek Dimensity 7020 SoC. Only thing it beats the 30 is charging with its 100W brick, and wireless MagCharge/Powerbank. I guess the 40 wins in aesthetics as well. I'll be sticking with my 30 VIP, though.

Dont need any Mag charging powerbank since charging is still capped at 20W....Note 30 VIP wireless charges @50W max but came with only 15W Wireless Charger.... I dont use this at all unless Reverse Wireless charging my headphones ...
Exactly, nt 30 vip performed better than almost all this nt 40 series, they are more of donwgrade instead of upgrade to nt 30 series , so i will stick with my nt30vip
