    I would also say to time the launch around the busiest season in your area depending on the size of the propery. Larger properties get booked further out, but smaller properties many times have a shorter booking lead time window. If I had a smaller property and my busiest season was in the Summer months only, I would time the launch to maybe 2 months prior to the busy season.
