@@claywilliams7579 I think max raid battles can already get pretty hard if you can only play with the npc's. They don't have the best ai. There's this annoying guy with a wabbufet and some chick with a maractus who keeps using solar beam when I need everyone focusing on breaking the enemies shields. And dynamax pokemon who can use area of effect moves can be really hard to fight. You basically have to carry your whole team.
@@claywilliams7579 A max raid battle can only take a max of 10 turns. Breaking through the shields is the hard part only dynamax Pokemon can break through them effectively. Once you break through them though they lose a lot of defense but 5 star ranks can put up a second shield that require 5 hits to get through.
aside from the funky model positioning, this looks pretty good - with some improvements it could have even been a canon feature. could've called it Megamax or some shit, activate it by dynamaxing a pokemon holding its according mega stone. probably would be broken as hell in competitive tho
Honestly yes, It would be better if gigantamax is just replaced with Mega evolution but bigger. Charizard has too many alternate evolutions. Same with the new pokemons or other pokemons, they can megamax, just normal Mega evolve, or dynamax.
