If H1bs are cancelled , then the revenue to immigration attorneys will be worst affected
If not immigration, there are different areas attorney's will upgrade.
If I-485 and I-131 10:16 are pending, travelled abroad and returned on L1A non-immigrant visa and then advance Parole is approved 6 months after returning into USA, can we use that advance Parole when traveling next time? Before traveling abroad, L1A shall be expired and moving into pending I-485 status. Please advise if the advance Parole can be used or should I re+file I-131?
Basically, I-131 is not abandoned when traveled abroad while it was pending but approved after 6 months of landing into the USA.
