This is the part of GW2 that I love the most, the random goody things you get to see and experience as you travel the world xD I wish more people would realize just HOW social and fun gw2 can be! videos like this makes me wonder if the devs knew this would happen when they added the griffon mount? xD Or if ANY of the devs can fly as good as you guys! (I doubt they can!)

These videos made me reminisce on a time before the skyscale, the turtle mound, or the rollerbeattle. When I had spend so much gold to fly through the skies of Tyria in ludicrous speeds as I laughed and watched the world zoom across my screen. I've been overusing the skyscale I realize now, I need to bring back out my little friend and soar the skies once more
That opening music though🤣. Griffon Parade!!! And as always sweet sweet griffon skillz from the master of griffons! The Ghost Palace is my favorite griff roost to practice on.
Awesome video! I love 0:21 - everyone is walking, and somebody flies by on super speed :D That landing in front of the line at 0:34 was totally unexpected ^^ And at 0:58 I love Skyscales on the left side of the line - they act naturally to blend in, nobody suspects anything XD

Loved doing the flying parcours in the maps with it back in Path of Fire. Impressive flying ! And it looks soooo beautiful when you're all flying together in LA \o/

You guys need to do like synchronized dance with the grophones. Like you does X in the air and touch the water when you are turning to the right and the other to the left and then pull up in the air etc(You don't really have to do it I just excited here those videos :3

Can you imagine if one day the Developers say they fixed Griffon to not fly like that, it was an unintentional bug. Then everyone that flies like this is going to end up like Odin from "The day I became a God"
Thank you a lot! You mean the trail? That's from the heart-quest "Help Drojkor, Spirit Squall, control jackals" . You need to collect unbound energy/wisps for the Djinn. If you got a lot of it, it makes your character glow and gives you this blue sparkle trail.
@@Karfunkelfuchs That tip in your tutorial about binding your mount actions to your mouse is pure gold btw. I don't have my last mastery yet, but that change made a huge difference in managing the griffon. Also, Anet should add griffon races to the game.
@@kiza3004 Yeah that can be a bit hard. It's also hard to explain. I tried my best here so that ppl can understand how it works, but it's still tricky.
@@Karfunkelfuchs I don't have a griffon yet 😢 I'm not the best at fighting (or should I say, not dying, lol) so it's hard to do the story solo. So I do it with a friend but only when we both can and it's taking forever... I only have the four base mounts yet.
@@tombocai But the 4 base mounts mean you are very far in the story? The griffon quest does also not take a lot of time, but sadly a lot of money (you need 250 gold for the griffon).
@@Karfunkelfuchs Storywise I'm near the end of HoT. But I "cheated" and did the first mission of PoF so I could unlock raptor and the PoF maps, and went ahead and got springer, skimmer and jackal so I can move arround faster. So I'm not yet that far ahead in the story as it may seem. In the other hand, after buying some bank space I've already saved money for griffon, so I have that covered 😅

You mean flying up with outstretched wings? You need to be on full speed, flying forward, then you flap wings and while you flap them, you fly up.

@@tombocai Without giving anything away spoilerwise: The PoF storyline is a bit easier and faster than HoT. And yes the Griffon is worth it!
