How has it lasted from original install?
pretty good. I'm lowered so I have scraped it a few times underneath but its holding up good.
how much clearance does it have now off the floor?
My car is lowered so it now has 3.5" of clearance at the front
So you have to drill the bumper?
Yes you have to make holes in the bumper, weather its within a drill to use the nuts and bolt or you could use the self tapping screws which make their own holes when you screw them in.
All aftermarket lips for all cars require you to make holes in the bumper unless its a lip that is replacing a factory lip.
I only double sided taped mine on.. after todays drive home, it's back to stock 😂 whoops

How’s the wheel spacers ?
So far so good. I checked them a week later after install and still nice and tight. No problems at all

Got up to around 115mph if that counts as heavy driving lol
