Be sure to use BLUE washer fluid so it will not freeze in the winter and damage your tire. This is not the fastest way to fill your tired but it is easy and free if you own a jack.
This will help give you more traction and lower the center of gravity to help prevent you from flipping.

Great video!
If you place the air valve at the top center position, you can get a lot more fluid into the tire so if you're using a snow blade or snow blower attachment, the rear is heavy enough to give good traction.
