Noel is either lying or mixing memories here. The first song of the gig (which, by the way, took place in 2005, not 2009) was Turn up the sun. In fact, it was Liam the one who told the band to stop after the barrier cracked. You can look it up here in TH-cam.
I don't understand what kind of really horrible thing Liam must have done that Noel just lets life go by without making up with his brother. I have a brother and we had our ups and downs. BIG downs as well. But when you realize you don't live for ever you somehow realize you can't stay angry for ever. Just as them we had some very big ups as well and that are the times I miss. I was at that gig and cant remember an argument per se but what I can remember is that the whole thing lasted for about 30 min. In the video its only a minute or two. So there very well might've been an argument that isn't shown in the video simply due to time constraints. That being said we all know Noel like to spice up stories like this to make them more entertaining so I could very well be a case of that too.
Noel is currently that bitter little kid who picks up his ball so no one else can play with it. Nothing but love for our Noel but c’mon.. enough is enough. I hope he grows up before he grows old. Big love to Liam as he never looses faith in spite of how he’s treated. Peace.
