Awesome video once again. Very helpful although 1 thing I wanted to point out is that Megatron with lvl 7 skill can provide his own vulnerability without having Mei which gives way for Prey, Prime, Mega.
I think they changed him so he only has a chance to do it. But it's still great

I've never been a huge fan of using Ben just because he only works on attack for the most part. Unless you've gotten to the point where you're running multiple marches it doesn't seem worth it

When I say it's a vit sink, I don't necessarily mean that to be a bad thing I just mean it's going to eat up your VIT very quickly. But the rewards for it are well worth it there is no doubt about that
@@WGtopwar OK, thanks. For the blue challenges I prefer to wait until I have 2 or 3, then attack a Dark Air Force, rather than the Dark Army it always recommends because the former's rewards are for the bottom building upgrades instead of top units (or mergers).

If you haven't finished perks I would recommend the free hero. Bassel would be a good one and then I would encourage you to finish a perks. If not yuu would be a good one. Just don't get caught on defense using 914

It would be interesting to see a recommendation for a three hero march with Encirclement
My server found out encirclement works if all 3 branches are in the same entity (match, building, ECT) so alliance defence if all 3 branches are present amongst all the players everyone gets the encirclement bonus. I have yet to personally test this but my server as always been very knowledgeable about game knowledge and I do trust this source but I do intend on testing it in the future.
There are very few situations where using all three units would be worth it But I will add to my discord post about what marches are best. Encirclement can be very useful against the droids that need three elements or hospital traps
I am shocked by this. So you don’t think encirclement should be used in pvp? You find that still using all of a single troop works best? I thought the dmg buffs were significant
They are but a stack that's not your main units loses hundreds of % in attack and HP usually, especially if perked. So that loss can counter the gain. I'm not saying it can't work necessarily but I am saying you generally don't see anyone running an encirclement March. That gives me confidence in the idea that it's not worth it. I've never been able to make it worth it outside maybe sandtable or hospital traps

Glad to see Katyusha and Bradley are best for free. I'm just about to get them both to 5*. But which of OP, Mei or Megatron next should I pursue next? OP is 2* with lvl3 skill, while the others are still base. I don't pay to win, just cheap as possible.
If you want to be as cheap as possible I would recommend not working on one of those premium heroes and instead focus on perking out your heroes.

Just want to ask why I don't see someone focuses on heroes with interference skills (the effect where the enemy wont take turn)? Like Sam on Army, Merida on Navy and Lady Zizak on AF?

We all had to start somewhere I don't mind the question at all 😁
The reason is they don't stop enough damage to justify giving up a hero that has either a large damage output or another defensive ability such as a shield. There's not much point in stopping a million damage whenever that hero triggers when you could instead have a hero that gives all of your units a 5 million shield for example. Or a hero that deals a ton of damage whenever they trigger. The benefit they bring to the table does not offset the loss of a better hero
Nereid .... Interesting. I thought I heard people saying little disappointed in her numbers/ Performance
I heard the same when she came out but people seemed to change their tone after working with her for a while. If she is better it's barely. It's a tough call
Currently AF main using max selina and aya... but I believe selina is gonna make way for megatron so he can make use of aya's skill. If that's not op enough idk what is lol
Most people's biggest complaint about Aya is a low proc rate. Also I believe she only applies vulnerability of triggered by Air Force and Megatron only prioritizes targets if he was triggered by army so unfortunately they do not work well together like that I would recommend replacing aya with Megatron
I think nereid is weak to precys , I've noticed that if you don't have a decently strong navy. Strong army players take out the back rows of boats with precys , nereid procs with back rows so she's then less useful.
But you also get an HP bonus from her as well as suppressions against army so it's not quite so much of an issue. And if you're running aka and yuu she would be You're only stat boosting hero. So the trigger is nice but that's not the main reason she's there. Though she does do more damage when paired with aka/yuu because of the debuffs they apply
Is Yuu incredibly strong enough to the point where you see her being used in navy marches for a LONG time into the future (similar to Akatora)?
I'm worried that I may get unlucky again because the very first SSR hero I upgraded to 5 stars was Nimitz, then then 2 weeks later they released Bailos. Later on, I invested over 500 yellow shards into 914 (then a week after I did this, they released Yuu). I have "ptsd" that this may happen a 3rd time if I 5 star Yuu now that she's been released for close to half a year...
My heroes are Nimitz, Akatora, 914. I have 730 yellow shards saved up. I have 5 perks maxed (3 all units ATK, 2 navy ATK). I'm just worried that the new navy hero will be better in my 914 slot than Yuu will be, which is why I'm wondering how good Yuu actually is.
Unfortunately I don't have a good answer for this. Generally most people only run one defensive hero in their marches and too offensive heroes there are some exceptions of course. So offense of heroes if you're the better of the two that are currently out it's a little bit easier to say yes you're safe. But with the defense of hero it entirely depends on when top war releases a new defenseive hero. Now there have been leaks of the next navy hero coming out either this month or next month it's still unclear. But the initial leaks that have come out show it to be an offensive hero similar to Bailos. If these leaks are accurate yuu would be safe for a minimum of 3 months.

Still it's uncertain we previously saw that Maximo is also triggering in Navy and Army Peoples litreally uses Yuu on Army replacing Optimus 😂 so It's hard to say something about Heroes Top War wants to make Heroes universal no discrimination against Branches 🤣🤣 but still specific branches can enjoy specific Buffs I personally use Star Scream on my Army and it's perfectly works the debuffed things and all that 😁
I agree. I hate that the majority of the heros they release are universal in some way

Funny-: I test Nerid on my Army against Dark Force surprisingly The HP buff is not triggering here but the atk and dmg buffs surely works here very effectively 🤣
Just a suggestion: I think the majority of players, which are not f2p or "whales", are more of the VIP 4 thru 10 range. Most of these will have a 3H march, and most will never get a level 7 exclusive. Can you suggest a "middle-pack" 3H march for Army/Navy/AF that will relies on at least one free hero? Kind of a f2p/whale hybrid suggestion? Great video ... as always.
I agree with what you say. Like an economical March. The stuff I put together on my discord helps with that. I recommend several good marches and have a list of solid heros to pick from for each branch as substitutes. And I believe for every branch I included at least one free hero.
My testing made me swap aka for mega in navy. Running Yuu, Nereid, Mega for pvp. Bassel, nereid, mega for PVE
I've heard a couple navies drop aka with success. Personally I just don't think he's gone yet

Katy doesn't get any bonuses at level 3/5/7.
And I agree there's a lot of different scenarios for free plays or paid plays or everything in between. I posted a lot of different ideas for marshes for different scenarios in my discord

I have always noticed that Nereid looks almost invincible in PVP fights If opponent has only one of Akatora or Yuu. Its almost like Navy version of Selina.
She was definitely a lot stronger than many of us thought when she first came out.
@@WGtopwar Yeah, so glad that my gamble paid off. I am Navy but i dont have Akatora and my Yuu was still 3 star. I decided to give up both and went ahead Nereid and Bassel. Will use Yuu only as 3rd hero now. Bassel will serve my perks and Nereid as frontline and Yuu for defense.

If you're referring to the extra damage that Nereid gets from attacking an attack reduced target yuu and aka both do that. So she is fine without her

All we know about future heros is it's generally once a month and follows this rotation.
Army-Navy-Air-repeat. The transformers event may have interrupted that pattern but I'm sure they'll get back to it.
Im a navy main using bassel and aka . I have yuu and neried recruited as well. Currently aka skill is at 4 and a few shards away from getting lvl 5 . Is it worth or you think aka will go away from meta soon?. Those shards are hard to get, i dont wanna bite the tongue after a big mistake, thanks
I would choose after heros with a level 5 boost that gives a 3% damage increase or decrease instead of 2 like aka. I do think aka Will be replaced soonish. But with the permanent 2% since you're already so close I don't think it would be a waste.

What happens if I use Nimitz and Bessel? I know that their attack increase can not be accumulated but the question came up when you told that third hero used to complete three heroes in one march was Nimitz :)))
Their attack increase does stack actually. But it would be highly recommended to pair them with a triggering hero. If you don't have a hero that can get past the front lines it can be an issue with certain setups for example when people use the fortified formation or against a ben for example

@@WGtopwar ahhh I have to make a meaningful comment also 🤣 Best hero is the one you can afford, and being able to afford a hero is grossly missunderstood concept in this game… I suggest you cover that topic in one of your vides couse I see people all the time thinking that recruting a powerful paid hero will make them strong and too often people get traped in “hero cycle of death” by spending gold shards on heroes and not perks…. Theres a waste gap beetween FTP and whales and most of players are siting in it hoping to be strong 😮💨 On the other hand I’ll make a suggestion of most usable, best return on investment heroes and also best FTW setup overall: Katyusha & Tywin. Katy - very strong fightingh hero with abandance of events for leveling her and her skill up. Tywin - usable for fighting and multi purpose hero becouse of gathering skill… both army heroes and can carry you for long. Add Bradley (also abandance of events) and you are golden as FTP 🤗
I would agree with the hero cycle of death. Actually the video that came out before this one covered that. I really encouraged people to work on utility heroes or perks instead of chasing new heroes
On my current server Katyusha is a pay to win hero. This might change later, but she hasn't shown up in any of my Recruitments so far. She does come up in events that use a lot of gems in order to place in the top 3, in order to get her. I have Bradley and would like to know a better hero to use with him. Diana is also free, you can get her with Refugee Camps. Ghost, who isn't good with Bradley. Alex, Tywin, Li Hongyu, Friedman and the netorious Rambo. The server is very short on SSR heros. At least for now, who would be the best pairing with Bradley?
Yeah top war really did the new servers dirty with how they limited the amount of free heroes you guys can get. Especially since most of the free heroes they took off were the best of the free heroes.
Unfortunately all the army heroes that you guys have are considered useless but if I had to pick the best of them I would go tywin. Though I will admit I haven't done extensive testing with any of these heroes because they were that bad compared to the other free heroes in old servers

Max/sel/meg is great combo vs navy, not so much vs af and definitely big no vs army( even weak army) because of no defense. Prime will fit in all 3 a lot better

He doesn't need it but I think it is a good asset to an Air Force March. Most of the people who use Selena for a PVE setup swap perks every few weeks to do a real hit with her and then put her back on Air Force
Hi. I'm a F2P and I currently have a 5* Katyusha, but I have OP, Megatron, and Mei from the Transformers event. Should I work on one of those or should I work on Bradley?
As a F2P I would highly recommend working on your perks and that's easier to do when you upgrade free heroes.
Wow. Just got Nimitz to 4*, so many shards required to get to 5*! The Lucky Discount Store has come back, with max 70% for me this time (last time was 50%), but I haven't get the 10 orange shards deal I was saving for (just 3). I don't want to pay 300 gems per universal shard; is that what you had to do?
I made the mistake of getting the exclusive-skill-choice-box but the "choice" was only army/navy/air force, not the hero!

I got 1 star prime with level 3 prime skills so i can reach level 5 after some time and I got 2 stars Megatron with no skills at all, do you advise me to go with 3 stars bedemont (I wish i spelt it right) and 2 level 4 skills (so i can reach level 5 easily.

Piedmont would be the weakest out of the three heroes you mentioned I would recommend Megatron
Hello and thank you for the great video. However, I am wondering about your choice of free heroes for marine. As a trigger hero, you recommended Bellevue her special ability at level 5 causes 83.2% of three random targets. However, Violet has been available for free for a while and you cause 112.5% (what's 30,2% more than Bellevue) of an entire row with your special ability, which is also 3 targets. The only downside I see with her is that the shards for her special ability is 23 and not 15 like the other free heroes. So wouldn't it make sense as a player who doesn't invest any money to go for Bassel, Violet and Nimitz?
The reason I don't recommend violet is she hits the front row no matter what's in it. And what I mean by that is even if there's one unit in it she's going to use all three shots on the front row but only one hits. Bellevue is guaranteed to hit something in the enemy March where Violet potentially has the ability to hit an empty spot

Hello and thanks for the answer. I have to say you are right. That's a point I haven't even thought about yet that belongs on the contra list. It may be because I have little experience with either Violet or Bellevue. But a lot with Bassel and Nimitz. I also use them together with Nemo for the world boss.
In this case, however, I would not be quite so strict with this factor in this setup (Nimitz, Bassel, Violet). Because the empty spaces are usually caused by other trigger heroes like Akatora, Nereid and the like. Bassel and Nimitz increase the hero's ATK, which usually adds fairly even damage to the front row. Here and there the hits make a small difference in the individual stacks. But that is within limits. This means that if the opponent only has one stack left, it must be quite low. If this is then destroyed by the normal hit and Violet's trigger is triggered, the special ability automatically moves to the next row. Which doesn't mean that she won't hit an empty spot, but the probability is reduced.
My conclusion from this situation would be that Violet could very well be recommended, but not together with other trigger heroes because this increases the probability that Violet's special ability will partially go blank.
So against things like world boss or other single target Bellevue will always be better since she can hit the same target with all the hits.
Your comment about of there is only one unit left out would likely be low HP can be true. But consider this. Let's say in the front row the enemy has all 3 units. If one dodges (reduces damage by 90%) and you crit another unit. The HP spread would be pretty large and violet could waste several triggers. Also if one of the units in the front is golden. It's hp is 1.5 times that of adjacent units. Even when I started playing I didn't really see anyone using violet over Bellevue. Or at least it was very rare

Yes, those are all factors to consider. You really gave me something to think about. At first glance there is not much to be said against Violet, but on second sight there is much more. Thank you for that!
The thing with the golden units is definitely an issue, but that with the dodging is more of an exception. That happens to me maybe once in 15 fights.
To speak from my own experience. On my server, the overwhelming majority use Bellevue themselves. I know only 2 whales from my server that both swear for Violet. And thought that in the long run they got along better with her than with bellevue. However, they already have her skill at lvl 8 and 9, which can mean that violet's special ability triggers like crazy.
Since I hardly ever use them myself (my main march is Akatora, Nereid and Nemo) I can't provide much reliable information. I own both with 4*. When I have them both at 5* through the red and green cards at some point, I will be able to form a final judgment on this, namely I have the feeling that Vio is underrated. However, based on the points you made, I can see that Violet has more that can go wrong than Bellevue.
Lastly, I'd be interested in your opinion on Katrina in a F2P march? If someone.had her would you go for Bassel, Bellevue and Katrina or still use Nimitz as 3rd Hero? I've only seen her in action twice and don't know what to think.
I would strongly advise avoiding learning from the whales. Pay more attention to the middle of the ground players particularly the ones who are performing well. Usually whales can win no matter what they do so if they're making a mistake sometimes it can go unnoticed for quite some time. Since they have a ton of base skins, decor, really high exclusive skills, and other similar things that are going to make them win the fight no matter what they're doing. The middle of the ground players the moderate spenders they are good players to learn from usually because they have to put as much effort as possible into making the most out of their account because they can't compensate necessarily with money. I'm not saying there aren't whales out there that our experts on the game but they are usually the exception to the rule.
As far as Katrina sadly she's an outdated and much too difficult hero to obtain. For stats aren't good enough to replace any of the free heroes in my opinion. Plus since you can't get her shards from premium or elite recruiting she's more or less a premium hero and if you're going to put your shards into a premium hero there are obviously much better choices.

For free heroes, what are good additional (hidden?) special skills if we level them up to 5 or 7?

@@WGtopwar Thanks for Tian Mu (his skill is still 1). Also, Megatron has Lv.3 all units DMG decrease (for those who got him-though you can see it at level one skill). Is there no one with army training speed increase? Also, is Bradley's skill just for his march or everyone? (Megatron doesn't have to march.)
Unfortunately no one has an army training speed increase.
And Bradley skill only works for those in his March

If you haven't completed your perks yet I would recommend working on those before you work on new heroes.
But if you want a better setup I would recommend Katy and Megatron of the heroes you mentioned. Prey and mega would be a bit better

I don't think there's a huge difference between using neried or bailos. But the two combos you just mentioned do have a big power gap because you're losing aka and taking bassel instead. Not bad if you want to perk out since bassel is a free hero but he is not a worthwhile replacement of aka

ok what is a 2 heroe and a 3 heroe? im new to this game so bear with my ignorance. i can only use 2 heroes to attack at any time i never get a a third slot for another hero, so what am i doing wrong? or are you referring to the mix of army, navy, airforce units when i attack?
So right now you are a two hero. That is in reference to how many heroes you can use in a single March.
Once you become a high enough level and you can choose your classes either mech master or combat elite. Both of those classes once you progress far enough will unlock a third hero slot for you

Almost all army mains used Rambo until they had two five-star heroes. You're fine
Rambo was my last purple so I didn't get to try him out. But he might make 5* next without me trying by using universals. If I use perk book to swap, he'll have two army skills to work on.
Did top war remove heroes? I downloaded the about a week and a half ago and I don't see half the heroes that you talked about.
Some of the new servers seem to have a reduced number of free heroes. I'm still trying to figure out if or when all the servers will be the same. Top war has changed new servers before without changing old ones. And it took a while for the old servers to be updated with the new mechanics

My biggest complaint about Violet Is that she attacks a row which includes empty spots if that stack has already been destroyed. Which is why I think Bellevue is a better pick since instead she attacks three random targets so she's always going to hit something

Yes. It's fairly uncommon but we have seen people do it to a good amount of success
I am stuck with my hundreds of emblem from transformer events because at the end of the event I forgot to redeem them for gold shards, exclusive skills and others. What will happen with the emblems?? Why the game does not allow to use them after the event ends?? You can redeem flippy cards points and baking cake points even after the event ends but transformer emblems are sitting in my inventory. I feel cheated by the game ;(
There are events that extend 24 hours after the event is over however transformers extended several days after the event ended. The fifth stage was the victory stage and while there were some new things to buy that was pretty much the end of the event. You would have to message in-game customer support and hope they're nice if you want to redeem your stuff

Of the heroes you mentioned I think bailos is best but I do see more people running neried. They are very close. next month is probably going to be a navy month. I only say probably because the transformers event seems to have swapped the army and Air Force release months. So you can save up your shards and potentially instantly five-star the new hero if it's worth it

You should check if his High-rate fire is higher than yours.
Bumblebee may be an orange hero but he doesn't have the stats of an orange hero He's actually equal to purple heroes with a very slight buff. The heroes that you guys mentioned put up together based on their level aren't that far apart in power. But I can't say exactly why you lost without seeing the stats. But I agree with Yi's comment above. If your opponent's high rate of fire is of a higher level than yours or you don't have one and they do. All nine of their unit. Stacks are going to attack before yours do. So by the time it's your turn to attack most of your units are already dead so you're hitting softer or not at all

There is a list of requirements and you will need more then one unfortunately. First you need to be level 80. If your are click the button in the top right corner of the mini map. And on the next screen click the globe at the bottom. This will bring you to a map of all the servers. From there you can message capital leaders to ask to be let in and read lists of other requirements or restrictions the game puts into place

The marches I suggested here were something that I would consider an all-around good March and not a specialized march for something like sand table. Also late game The damage reduction that Sam provides is no longer worth it in place of a hero that could do damage instead of preventing it. Early game he can help hugely with your sand table but late game your sand table would actually drop if you were using a hero like him.

I more of a fan of Bellevue. Violet attacks can be wasted if the spot is empty. Bellevue doesn't have that issue

Nereid has been hugely disappointing as a new hero. Her trigger rate can be zeo on the first round and 1-2 trigger rate is routine. By the time Aka gets his first/second trigger strike it's all over for Nereid. You got an old hero besting the latest one. I just plucked in 620 gold shards to find out the hard way. Her trigger rate is not reliable at all. I even lost to players in warzone when faced with Akatora with less march, 200% lower in attk and hp % (pve comps). That's frustratingly sad. Last week I just started working on the perks but now I just want to quit the game outright.
You should keep up on your perks. And forget any of the new heroes. I hate working on new heroes. The newest hero I've worked on was akatora
For af, prime and mgeatron both stronger than aya now, her trigger rate are too low
I did see a lot of people using prime and have the same complaint about Aya. It's definitely a workable setup.
That was the issue I used to have with Bellevue when I first started. You pick Kat who is the army equivalent and she spams her ability while sometimes Bellevue never uses hers in a fight
You really need to up her exclusive skill because it increases her trigger rate. Without it she has one of the lowest triggers

I have mine a level five but it really depends on what else you have. I generally recommend Bellevue because she's the best of the free heroes. Some people say violet is better but she only has a 21% chance of going off where Bellevue is 20% and violet could potentially hit an empty slot so I don't see it as worth it.
