Great job on leak down tester.& o ring . Without defeat there can be no victory. Confident you will overcome any issues you come across. To be honest if it runs and your having fun then thats victory. Keep up the great work.
@@AutoBeta2T biggest blessing is you have the ability and knowledge to machine parts. I'm thinking you can cut a few gaskets with some gasket material use you some good old fashioned permatex aviation #2 impervious to gas and oil and get back to testing.craps little messy but been using it since about 1977 rare to have any leaks. Keep up the good work
I've vforce reeds in my ar93 with a spacer no need to carve out the back of the barrel it fits nicely and the spacer has a rubber ring insert both sides for seal also a kx85 rubber inlet with 24mm mikuni carb skimmed head 5 plate clutch so no wrist like hellboy
Hi Shaun, I guess you have the KX60 (65?) Vforce? As I understand they fit the standard intake. I have some on order from China so it will be interesting to see if there is a performance difference between the KX60 Vforce and the bigger KTM 65 ones. Well that is if I get my leaks sorted.
Hello mate, I could do but I wouldn't be able to fit the 21mm Dellorto carb mount as it screws to the middle ally plate. Trying to keep options open for testing different configurations, but in hindsight... 🙄
NO DYNO!!! enjoyed that mate. You deserve a brew 😁
Cheers Jim, a brew will have to do... I Fancy a beer but I'm doing Sober October Plus! Need to get back in the leathers.
mate, simple old-style blood pressure meter & a bike inner tube does the trick.

It's being a pain but I'm learning new stuff as I go along.
