I'm a bit a cheater with this videos :P If everything goes fine I'm generally able to bring home 8 different videos of each car from an hillclimb race (2 recorded during the Saturday's free practices and 2 from the 2 Sunday's race rounds, plus other 2+2 recorded with my static camera). These videos are a compilation of all the scenes I have of the same car recorded during various hillclimbs and not just one ;) Thanks as always for your comments Alex

I'll admit the 458 Challenge sounds absolutely magical.
But, I don't see what people are so disappointed about in the 488 Challenge Sound, that tone sounds marvelous as well.

How does hillclimb works? Is it like a free to participate kind of thing? Does any person can join, or do you need a license?

Hillclimbs here in Italy are usually divided into 2 free practices runs on Saturday and 2 race runs on Sunday. The winner is the one that have the lowest combined time of the 2 race runs. Of course there are many kind of cars (Formula, prototypes, GTs, Historic cars, Rally cars) and each car category is divided into different subclasses based on engines displacement and other regulations. Drivers need to pay a sum of money in order to partecipate and based on what kind of car you're running you need a given competition licence
