Now that I think about it, Planets from Super Monkey Ball 2 is similar to Expert Extra 9 from this game but with a green goal.
UPDATE: The green goal is actually red, I thought it was green.

Yes, it's possible but very very hard. I think only around 8 people have ever done it.
